The food and service was incredible as always, went in to try their wagyu and wine special. Food cooked to perfection and served in a timely and kind manner.

Cocktails - dirty goose was well made. Husband loved Old Fashion with gran mariner in it. Wedge salad was one of best in city-dense iceberg with smoked bacon chunks and great dressing! Filet excellent too. Husband had strip steak on bone which was delicious as well. Crème brûlée creamy with crunchy top. Perfect! **Only suggestion was “hostess” wanted to seat us in a 2 person booth by the kitchen when the place was half empty. It was probably the worst table I. The restaurant! When I pushed back she gave us a booth near windows. Made us feel like second class citizens being treated like that. I had asked for a quiet table on my reservation. It was 545 pm and the restaurant was not full. Please advise hostesses not to do this! Yes we are over 65 and well dressed !

Capital Grill is historically good. However, this time, and the last time I've been there, at this location, it was very poor. Poor , slow service, food subpar, coffee was cold. This shouldn't happen at a premium restaurant. I won't go there for a while.

We dined last night to celebrate a friends birthday. Food was delicious, ambiance was nice as well. One small thing was the slow service at one point. We waiting about 45 mins for the food to come out after appetizers and drinks were served. Other than that I would recommend Capital Grille to anyone!
