Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our wait service was excellent. The restaurant is truly one of our favorites. Prices have risen over the years but the quality of food is not compromised. We chose a wedge salad (each) and the Seafood Plateau. Awesome

    Went for an anniversary dinner--they put a rose and glitter and an hand written card wishing us the best. Zach was our phenomenal server, the chef came to make sure our food was as ordered and the manager came by with an anniversary wish and checking on things. It was a great experience all around I will make it one of my regular places to go.

    Marcus, the Sales Manager stopped by to ensure all was what we expected. Zack is a professional server. The meal was a great experience for the entire family.

    My family has frequented The Capital Grille for over 20 years. The service is outstanding (we always request Jason). Welcomed by name with a friendly smile and remembers our favorite dishes and drinks. The steaks are always cooked to our taste and the wine list has affordable wines. My wife and I enjoyed the calamari appetizer which is not too crispy and is a little spicy. My porcini rubbed ribeye was tender and very flavorful.

    Capital Grille is always me and my husband’s go to for date night to celebrate an occasion:birthday, anniversaries, etc. Always welcoming and the food is delicious. Very intimate vibes and upscale environment. 10/10!
