   Another wonderful evening at the Capital Grille. The food and service are consistently first rate. My guests and I always leave the restaurant with a smile. And tonight I tried a new offering, the “Butcher’s Block program. I took home a 10 oz filet mignon to enjoy tomorrow. They cut and package the steak with some of their seasoning mix and steak sauce. I’m already looking forward to dinner tomorrow. I’ll try my hand at grilling my steak to duplicate the experience at the restaurant. What fun…fingers crossed. Thanks for a great evening.

   Capital Grille is our family's favorite steakhouse in orange county. We go there for our family birthdays and special occasions. I also love to take my clients there for lunch. With no exception, everyone loves the steak choices and lobster and crab cakes. Not only the food quality is high, the services are excellent. Our favorite server is CAROLINA. She is just so loving and always pays close attention to our needs. She is the best!!

   Everything was wonderful!! From the time we were seated the service and our server was amazing. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and accompanied by delicious sides. No complaints in the drink department either 😉

   Outstanding food. Outstanding service. Undeniably the best upper class steakhouse in OC. Beats Mastros, Ruths Chris, and Mortons by a mile. Just fabulous! Big call out to Astrid, our amazing server for the evening. My only wish is to find a place in OC that bans men coming in wearing hoodies and baseball caps, while their wives dress beautifully. This is a classy place. Dress for it. Have some respect for your wife, the establishment, and others who made an effort. Bring back dress standards!

   One dinner was served cold. Couldn't see our server for awhile. Finally told bus person who took care of it. Dish came back hot. Wife already done so took 2 bites and took it to go

   Brian was the ultimate sommellier - he recommended the most delicious wines to pair with our most perfect dinner of scallops and lobster risotto. It was an intimate birthday - where they presented a rose, a hand-written card, confetti - and two deserts with candles. It was soooo perfect, thoughtful, and incredible foodie experience.

    We have enjoyed Capital Grille for many special occasions. Yesterday, we celebrated our wedding anniversary. There was a sweet handwritten card on the table to greet us. Our waiter Micah was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Our cocktails & wine were excellent as were the yummy au gratin potatoes. The bone-in filet was one of the best we have ever had. We were surprised with a complimentary dessert combo. The manager came by to say hello and check in with us. We look forward to a return visit and will ask for Micah next time. Thank you!
