   Lovely little pub/restaurant hidden down a little street which gets away from the busy parts of Richmond on a sunny day. Lovely little courtyard table. Food is delicious (I’ve been once before and I remembered the food being lovely) The staff were lovely.

   I really like this place. It’s not a “pub” more a dining venue. But the food is excellent, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the venue is decent. A strong recommendation if you’re looking for something a little for upscale that a typical pub.

   Delicious food under the paradols on the toof terrace. Beautiful subline evening in Richmond. Could not have asked for more.

   I always love lunch or dinner at the Britannia - it's always a great place with lovely food and excellent service. It's my "go to" in Richmond

   As it was such a beautiful day we sat out in the garden area which was very pleasant. The service was friendly and not pushy so we were given plenty of time to make our choices. We had 3 courses and all excellent and well presented. I had taken my friend for her birthday and she really enjoyed it. Everything was well cooked and tasteful and a good choice on the menu. Will definitely return.

   Easy to book - no deposit or credit cards. Lovely restaurant in a lovely setting. Attentive, efficient , but easy going staff and delicious food. I would definitely return.

   Always a great atmosphere at the Britannia. Shout out to the manager for accommodating us as we had a last minute extra guest. Food great, service exceptional.

   Lovely helpful staff. The food was generally very good but sometimes served on cold plates so it lost its temperature quickly. However my seafood chowder was hot which made a big difference but my partner’s soufflé went cold so he was hurrying to finish it. We really appreciated the chicken being free-range and the roast main course was generally of a high quality. We like the pub and will return.

   Lovely little place in Richmond for lunch, dinner or a drink at the bar. Food quality was impressive. We had the duck breast and steak which were perfect. Lovely ambience and very cosy. Service was unobtrusive, excellent and very on point. Wine recommendations were very much appreciated and good. I would specifically like to mention Marie and Anjali who welcomed us and served us. Thank you to you both.

    Always an enjoyable eating out experience for us at the Brittania. Friendly welcome, varied and good menu and professional service.
