our waiter gets a 10 plus!! The filets were melt in your mouth done to perfection. Everything from the hostess to waiter to kitchen was excellent. Cocktails and wine perfect.. We will definitely be back soon.

Asked for no or low salt and meal was very salty. Obviously food is all pre prepped. Not made to order. I am a cook and this is not acceptable at a fine restaurant. We mentioned it when the food had been tasted and the server offerd no concern or options for resolution. We were both affected by the high salt content all evening

Extremely overpriced. Food is pretty good, but nowhere near good enough to command the kind of prices they charge. I got a $69 filet Oscar thinking it would deliver the goods. The filet was maybe 4 ounces with a small scoop of crab meat on top. Steak was over cooked and low flavor. The mountain of mashed potatoes it came with almost felt like it was to compensate for how sad the rest of the dish was. My wife got a the Ciopinno special and she thought it was really bad. Hardly any broth, and what broth there was, was like a chunky tomato stew with limited flavors; and the seafood in the dish wasn’t all that good overall either. That was $59. We eat out a lot. This was a $300 dinner that left us feeling pretty underwhelmed. When I drop that kind of cash for a meal I expect it to be a lot better than this.

What an excellent evening from start to finish! Our server Glenn went that extra mile from the moment we sat down to ensure that our stay was simply perfect. From the appetizers to dessert and those juicy steaks, this place is such a remarkable little gem in downtown Bend. We will definitely be back. P.S. we highly recommend the meatballs appetizer. It was delicious!

Some people say this all of the time, but no us! This was truly the best meal we have ever had. Every single item was perfect! From the wine, the bread, the clam chowder, the shrimp cocktail, our steak and the dessert. The food was extraordinary! Cudos to this amazing chef and the kitchen! But what topped it all, was our server. On point in every aspect from his wine suggestions to his lovely and professional demeanor! Thank you Brickhouse!

Absolutely incredible dining experience in every possible way. Our server, Kenny, is the one who brought it all together for a wonderful 30th wedding anniversary dinner. Right from the beginning, Kenny made us feel welcomed and appreciated. His charming personality and humor had us feeling like we'd made the right decision coming here to celebrate our big day in Bend. We started with a couple of drinks. My wife had the huckleberry lemon drop and I had an old fashioned. In both cases, we were new to these drinks. Kenny asked us each a couple questions about our drink preferences and then delivered them based on our answers. Perfection! We then enjoyed some filet tips as an appetizers, along with the included bread and butter. The sauce was incredible and the tips were like little pillows. So tender! For the main course, my wife had the chicken picatta -- best she's ever had. My favorite type of steak is ribeye, so I had the blackened ribeye. I enjoy a good crust on my steak and this definitely delivered that plus a gentle Cajun seasoning. I say "gentle" because it was seasoned just right so as not to overwhelm my palette, allowing me to enjoy those spices as well as the wonderful flavors of the steak itself. We both commented on the obviously fresh green beans and the plentiful toppings upon the huge baked potato. For dessert, we had the Kona lava cake and ice cream. Kudos to Kenny for that suggestion and story behind it's origin. It was scrumptious! The Brickhouse is most definitely my new favorite steakhouse. Ever. Anywhere. Too bad we live in Salem, but it's worth the drive plus we love to visit beautiful Bend. 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came in to see my daughter and her boyfriend for the weekend. Nice location. Parking sucks in Bend. I had the Cioppino and it was mediocre at best. The steak that my son and another had was over cooked. Overpriced in my opinion but I understand Bend is.

Outstanding service, Excellent food!! The cocktail sauce for the prawns was awesome and will clean out your sinuses for this winter season! Steak tartare was fabulous as well! I had the rib eye and it was like butter and cooked perfectly to order! Great ambience!

This place has amazing food, at least the steaks are amazing, never eaten anything else here. Not a steak eater to speak of but this is the 2nd time I've eaten a steak here and I am a fan. Took my mother in law here for her 98th birthday and she said it was the best steak she'd ever eaten and she had eaten steak for over 90 years. You can cut the filet mignon with a fork. I also recommend the sauteed mushrooms and the creme' brulee.

We had steaks all around each prepared differently and each one perfectly cooked to our specifications. The lobster was excellent and the beet salad was absolutely delicious. Jonathan was our server and we couldn’t ask for better attention and recommendations. Can’t wait to go back!

While the Brickhouse is a little on the spendy side, it is a great date night spot if your willing to drop almost $200 for drinks, salads, steak and dessert. The food is amazing and the service and attention are superior. Try it. Tonight.
