We booked a table and nothing in the booking said we had to order food. The table was booked for 8.45pm, just before the live music starts and the tables are packed away anyway. We ordered some small plates anyway, but after about 10 minutes a very aggressive manager came over and with no pleasantries said we had to leave the table as we had not ordered enough food. I mentioned the booking didn’t say anything about this but he just kept getting more aggressive and told us to leave the table. We were replaced at the table by a group of 4 people who also didn’t order food, but were left alone by the same manager. Unfortunate experience as I like the place (and have been many times) but this staff member decided he would take out some of his stress on customers rather than deal with it as a professional.

First visit, went for my husbands birthday . Party of four, service was brilliant, water filled up constantly. Food arrived quickly and tasted brilliant - everyone in our party enjoyed it. My husband loves ribs, they were perfect. Our friends order the prime ribs which was amazing, fall off the bone . The place was buzzing, great atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, really polite, attentive despite it being really busy. The decor of the venue was gorgeous. Brilliant music. Price was great considering we were in London. If you want somewhere quiet for a meal it might not be for you, if you want a fantastic atmosphere and great food then I would highly recommend.

Lovely ambiance in the restaurant with the live band, and lighting! The food was good but nothing exceptional, i would definitely go again on a night when the live band is performing!

Love the blues kitchen I just wish there was a longer booking to choose from, can feel the pressure to flip the service for the next booking. Otherwise food 10/10, staff 10/10, ambience 10/10

Great food- a couple of problems though. Firstly, they couldn't find our booking- secondly, the band that came on was very loud, and not great. We had planned on staying a lot longer, but left because of that.
