This is always my very favorite place to celebrate special occasions. Great in between for just date nights . They all treat you so amazing and the food is always perfect. I highly recommend recommend this place . You can dress up big time or go casual. Of course I always use it for a great excuse to dress up .

I chose to dine at Texas to celebrate my birthday. When I ordered the filet, I asked if I could have bernaise sauce on the side? I was told “no” - they don’t have that. “Well, can someone make it? It’s a common sauce steakhouses have”. Again, I was told “no”. The waitress didn’t try to accommodate my request AT ALL! Birthday celebration kinda ruined as a filet with no bernaise sauce is like a hamburger with no lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Needless to say, I’m not coming back to Texas. Hello Steve Fields, nice to meet you!

What a wonderful dining experience from start to finish! It began with the greeting at the front door and continued until we left. Our server was excellent as was our filet mingon. They even surprised us with a complimentary dessert complete with a sparkler candle to celebrate our anniversary. So sweet! Thank you for a pleasantly memorable evening to celebrate our anniversary.

I always love going here, service is always top notch. First time I've been with a live performer. Was a little louder than expected, but not as quite as silver fox next door.

Texas is one of my restaurants. They pay attention to small details that make dining there feel special (i.e. fresh flowers around the dining area). Last night, when we were leaving, a staff member gave us two fresh chocolate chip cookies wrapped to go. The food is always good and the service is exceptional. There is live music, which we also enjoy.
