    Great food. We waited ten minutes once seated and the server hadn’t arrived. We helped ourselves to the salad bar. After finishing our first round at the salad bar, a server finally arrived. Please note when your guests are seated and provide prompter service.

    Thanksgiving dinner at Texas de Brazil was average. We have been to other Texas de Brazil (San Antonio, Las Vegas, Houston, etc.) and this one was not as good as others. The service was not good. Our server was not attentive, the food tasted as leftovers from yesterday and the meat was under seasoned. They sat us by the door, there was always a cold breeze coming in. We had to ask for water refills, clean plates, fried bananas,etc. the 1st basket of cheese breads were rock hard. There were many servers that seemed just standing and doing nothing. It seems that today was not their best day. Not sure if we will retry this one and gamble almost $80 per person.

    Definitely gone downhill from last time I visited. 6 persons seated at 2 tables shoved together, unequal height making middle persons plate positions not level. Cramped table space made worse by no busing of used dishes so we were forced to stack our clean plate on top of dirty salad plates to move on to meat courses. Waiters asked how we like our meats, all replied med rare except one guest. Entire meal served with Medium Well to well done. Finally gave up waiting and ate dried out meats. Bill was $600. Should have gone to steak house.

    Thanksgiving! Great time and food! Also therapy and no guilt cause restaurant was full of people who didnt want to fool with meal prep and clean up! This will be a yearly thing for us moving forward!

    Promptly seated, enjoyed a wide variety of tasty food and drink, very good service. A great Thanksgiving Day meal with family with no dishes or cleanup afterwards.

    Overall a decent experience. We do wish that more meats would have been brought around to us to pick from. They of course pushed the chicken and pork options more over the steak options. We had to ask multiple times for the lamb and it was only brought by once. Have had better experiences in the past.

    If you're hungry for some good Brazilian meats, this is the place to go. Staff is very friendly, and bring your appetite because you will definitely need it. Sally boy is to die for.

    Our dinner last night was great, Our server was Jack, and he took care of us was attentive, and had great customer service, he was always on top of everything; the team of gauchos were always bringing our cuts to the specified temperatures, and in a timely manner, very courteous as well, and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will be back like we always do for our next special occasion, celebration.

    Our waitress wasn't nice at all. She asked if we wanted to order drinks after the bar was closed. We saw her a total of 3 times. When we were seated, to order drinks, we couldn't get and when it was time for the tab. The salad bar and conversation with family and friends were the best part for me. Won't go here again!

    I’ve been going to Texas de Brazil for my anniversary almost every year for over 10 years, COVID lockdown being the exception. This is the first time the waitress did not wish us a happy anniversary (on the reservation ticket) or even ask if we were celebrating anything. I ordered a coke and asked for a drink menu for my wife. 5 min later she drops off the coke, goes to another table to drop off additional drinks she had on the tray, went to a third table to pick up checks, went to the server station to close out the checks, went back to the table and returned the checks. I would have expected she would have returned to our table to get my wife’s drink somewhere in that rotation but she didn’t. Ok, should be coming back after dropping off the checks at the table right? Wrong. She walked over to their dessert tray station and starts looking around. I wave at her, catch her eye, and she keeps looking around. I wave more and she finally walks up and I say I wanted to give her my wife’s drink order. She proceeds to tell me she was going to come back but she was in the middle of something (referring to standing and looking around). Apparently we weren’t high enough on her priority list. We decided not to get drinks from the bar (I did not want to inflate my bill for her at this point) so we just ordered a coke for my wife. She then started back on how she was coming back and what we wanted, again, a coke. That repeated 3 times before I stood up and went to the salad bar. At the end she dropped off the check from behind me and I didn’t even see her, just looked over and saw the check book. I sat the book in front of me so she couldn’t just grab and go, as I wanted to make sure she included the Veterans Day discount (anniversary is on Veterans Day and we always mention both, when asked). Well, she swooped in, grabbed the check and tried running off. I had to call her back. I’ve enjoyed TdB for years but looks like we’ll be going to elsewhere for future anniversaries.

    The experience is always incredible. We have been going for quite some time now and yes, the price is a little steep. We try and go every year around our Anniversary or one of our birthdays. Would go more often if wasn't so expensive.

    The meat options were hit or miss. The salad bar and hot bar was good. We celebrated our anniversary and I was a little disappointed that they did not write happy anniversary on the dessert plate.

    The meat was very good but a touch too salty. We did not care for the pork Parmesan, it was dry and slightly over cooked. The flank steak (medium rare) was by far the best meat that was served. The salad bar was very good and so was the lobster bisque.

    Poor service from server and bar. Waiting 20 mins for 1st drink. 1/3 way thru meal ordered another drink and did t come for 40 mins and was done eating. Server got snippy since I didn’t want the drink then. Wanted dessert but did not bring dessert tray they have out or tell us what desserts were. Dined her several times and probably will not return again due to poor service we recieved.

    This experience was disappointing. My son in law didn’t get hardly any meat and my husband only had one piece of meat. We were in the corner and the guys just quit coming by and by the time my husband (who has dementia) was finished his salad, they only came by one time. My son in law was definitely left without having enough and my 10 year old grandson was waiting on back wrapped chicken. Overall we were disappointed especially since we were honoring my husband as a Veteran.

    It was our first time experiencing it, and we were beyond impressed. The salad bar was so much more than that. All of the cuts of meat were delicious and had a wonderful variety. The chocolate cake was scrumptious. Great experience.

    The Salad / Hot Bar is well stocked & upscale varied. The varied meats (beef, lamb, chicken & sausage) brought out on skewers and served right onto your plate. Meats very tasty! Ambiance great- feels like i was eating at an all inclusive resort restaurant! Already planning next trip!

    When we got there they sat us down in a table in the middle of the hall. My mother didn’t want that location. So we ask to be switch to another location, and they told us they didn’t have no where’s next to a window view. Well we saw a seat with no one and sat there. They were like “we didn’t see that seat, but you can seat yourself there. Then the lady that was our waitress. Ask for our drinks, and never show up again until the check came out. We needed plates or a new drinks and she never refilled them or came by. Horrible services .. not good for the amount they are paying for. Rush Chris would be better

    When I arrive, there is no welcome sign from the receptionist, and I did not like the seating where we have the table Also, if I did not order the lamb chop eight pieces, I probably will never get any pieces of the meat they barely came to my table. Very disappointed. I’ve been going to Texas de Brazil for years probably that will be my last time going.
