   Texas de Brazil(Baton Rouge) was phenomenal! The GM, Mr. James was best!!!! I frequent there every time I'm in the area.

   This visit was very redemptive. The past few visits had not been enjoyable due to the lack of attention by the wait staff. We’ve continued to return for the food, not the service. This visit, out waitress Zoe provided excellent service. She ensured we were well taken care of, drinks were refilled or reordered, ensured desired cuts were sent to our table. One of the managers stated he’d been there for a month, and I feel hopeful that the service is being monitored and leveled up.

   Most of my beef meat was chewy fat 😟 bananas hard like green 😛 Noticed other tables received French fries. We Didn’t. My ice tea lacked the ice @ $4 sure would have liked ice😏 the bbq ribs. Only bones no meat 🤦‍♀️ waitress must have been new

   Third time was not the charm!!! After 2 disappointing visits at Texas de Brazil last year, we thought we should give it one more chance. It did not work out!! We made a reservation and explicitly stated we would prefer a table closer to the salad buffet. The called us 2 hours ahead to confirm the reservation and discussed our request. They said that such a table would be subject to availability and will make any effort to satisfy the request. We arrive and they take us to the table by the entrance when the whole restaurant is basically empty!!! When asked for another table, the hostess angrily took us to another table, dropped the menus on the table, turned around and left!!! The only good thing of our last ever visit to this Texas de Brazil was our waiter Jacob.

   Our server was sooo nice and attentive, all the meat carriers are also very very kind and never stopped offering until we have to refuse because we’re full… Salad bar as usual very stocked up and taste very delicious! We celebrated our Easter today and it was one for the books. We came about 30mins early and was sat down less than 2 minutes after arriving, we love it that the service is very good and improved much from past few years. Great job, will definitely come back again for years to come to celebrate family celebrations here!

   Had my daughter and grandchildren out for Easter dinner. Wonderful. Meat was perfect as usual. Salad bar was marvelous. Kids loved dessert. Our waitress was top-shelf. I love this place.
