    We were seated and waited 11 minutes before anyone came to our table. The waiter asked what meats we were looking for - after telling him, it was 50 minutes before that cut made it to us (why even ask if you’re not going to make sure it comes to us?). I had to ask for a refill every time I wanted one. This was not up to par!

    I made a reservation for 7 PM but was not seated. Several parties - of various sizes - came in after mine and were seated before me. I decided to leave because I did not appreciate this as the hosts saw my party patiently waiting and did not acknowledge me. I believe they forgot my name. I should have been a priority, but I wasn’t. This made me feel very unappreciated and I don’t want to return to this establishment. This was my first time going to this restaurant after hearing great reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience and couldn’t enjoy the food.

    Disappointing! The 6 of us were crowded into a small area, which meant knocking chairs with the table a few inches behind us. One person in our party requested well done or at least medium well, but was rarely offered such. This double birthday celebration could have been better. On the positive side, the Brazilian Mojito was awesome!

    Service was horrible. Never took the incentive to bring more water, soft drinks, remove empty plates. Had to get her attention and ask for anything and everything. When asked for more bread was told “it’ll be a while I have 2 other tables”. Was celebrating my wife’s birthday, she didn’t get cake or even a happy birthday. The ticket had on it special occasion: birthday.

    Expecting it to be fancier than it was for the the price. Buffet style is difficult to make feel like a “sophisticated” restaurant. I think it is extremely overpriced if you are going for dinner, unless you are really hungry and plan on sitting and eating meat all night.

    Hello i didn't have a good experience at all this time I always visit here I'm a loyal customer I recommend plenty of people to eat here I have been going here visiting since the begging of this year 2023 and I never had a problem my sister bday was Sept 21 I took her and my other sister here to eat and I know when it's your bday it's a small dessert you get so I had asked kayla who where the server about the dessert she had a nasty attitude and I didn't like it at all I comes here with family and friends and pay everyone to eat but my recommendation of customer service was poor and I had tip the person she was training 20 cause of his good customer

    Food was mostly on point. The main issues we had were with service. It was a slow night, but had to wait until the whole party was present(we had one person parking the car, so we had an awkward few minutes of staring with the hostess in an empty room. We then had a server that rarely checked on us. He would pass out table, and see piling dishes on a edges of our small table, and wouldn’t remove them until we asked; which we had to ask three times.

    5 year anniversary dinner, also this is where I proposed to my wife. Asked of our accept a different table, I reserved the one I used to propose.. then no service for 10 minutes while our waitress hung out with her friends. Finally we decided to leave she was nowhere to be found to pay, had to go to front and ask manager to take our $150 payment because our server never returned.... 1 TERRIBLE 5 year anniversary that i put alot of preparation into only to have it fell like we went to Chili's or similar. 2 thumbs down on this memorable day.

    Service was terrible, been there multiple times and never had an issue but the server was very bad. We asked multiple times for a certain cut of mean and waited over 30 minutes and they never came to us. We then asked again and still didn’t show up. At a point they wouldn’t even come over to our section. Hopefully next time it’s better.

    This was our first time here celebrating a birthday, and everything was great! Andrew was an awesome server! Very attentive and had a great attitude. The beef ribs were very good, as was the leg of lamb. We will definitely return!

    My family and I have been to this diner many times and never had any complaints, until Father's day this year which we had a reservation. We waited 30 minutes after being seated to get our glass of water, longer to get our plates and silverware. Our waitress was stretched out thin with other guests. I believe management could have had more workers for that particular day. Our recent visit, 9/9/2023 was pleasant and better organized. Will go again, but not on a holiday.

    The meats were great. I didn't care for the extra sides on the salad bar. However, the basic salad options were great. That's my personal taste though. My husband thought the salad bar was great. I ordered the Mojito and it had way to much liquor like you could smell it from the top of the glass. It was beautiful presentation just a little heavy handed on the liquor. Needless to say I could not drink but a few sips.

    Everybody that we bring here, loves it. You never feel rushed to leave. The food is delicious and you can eat as much as you want. The service is great. Everyone is so polite and funny. The manager is awesome and visits every table and makes sure you are being treated right and enjoying yourself. LOVE THIS PLACE!
