Had a terrible meal with my wife and friend Wednesday 3/11/20. We chose the restaurant because we had been there two weeks ago and had a very good meal and thought our visiting friend would enjoy it. My wife and I both had the same meal, fettuccine with lamb ragout. Mine was dry and tasteless and my wife’s was completely globed together in her dish. It seemed as though the dishes sat under a heat lamp far too long. I chose my meal because I had the same thing on my previous visit and it was delicious. Our friend had the green tortellini and I noticed she ate very little of it , but did not comment whether she liked it. We were too embarrassed to comment at dinner because we had chosen the restaurant .
It’s safe to say that we won’t be returning any time soon.
Wonderful experience!
Food was great! Service was outstanding. Great lighting and seating. Extremely comfortable environment.
Excellent dinner and service. Love it! It’s so great for families and the menu is amazing. Our server was top notch
Service was phenomenal, atmosphere as well. Food was good, and cocktails were also good- but quite steep for what they were. The food was by no means BAD, it was very good- just not as amazing as I would expect, nothing to write home about. Dessert on the other hand was incredible!
Perfect place, especially the brunch
Spectacular waiter ambience was excellent another event was going on outside which was a bit noisy Food was excellent would recommend to a friend
I am never disappointed! From the moment you check in at the desk , the staff, the food is always superb! This is why we keep coming back!!!!
Food was bland. Nothing memorable about either dish.
Waitress Kelly was exceptional. Noticed GF on reservation & inquired if applicable to me prior 2 eating. Very attentive.
Excellent service and quality of food. Love the ambiance.
It was amazing. Our server was very hospitable.
While the food and drinks are excellent, albeit nearly worth what you spend, the overall experience falls short of the price due to noise, limited menu options, and sparse service even during off peak periods. I think that while this restaurant may rather not appeal to those whom are concerned about the value of their dollar for the meal, it sure does offer an amazing take on Italian cuisine that does not seem trite and redundant alike many other establishments.
Good, not Great... Before Valentine's Day we booked a table and when RC called to confirm they said "you're in a high top" when we asked for more detail she said "that's my preferred location, near the bar, quieter, not among all the tables." We asked if any other tables were available - to which she responded they were fully booked.
At arrival, we were greeted by "Kerry" she was neither welcoming nor pleasant. Our "high top" was about 20 feet from host/ess Station, only 5 feet from the bar. There were three (3) high top tables, two (2) pushed together, ours stand alone. Anyone at the bar (which maybe seats 6) is within 4 feet of the high top tables. The 2 foot crawl space, between bar patrons & our high top gave almost no room for servers, bussers and guests to pass through unscathed. We were run into on several occasions, one server dropped a glass she was transporting, another time I moved back my arm and banged into a plate on a server's tray filled with food. There was no room and these high tops, UNLESS RESERVED ONLY for overflow bar patrons are a total con-job for an establishment commanding high prices.
Our Server, Jennifer could not have been friendlier, but... she was serving us as the bartender was too busy - but also she was serving in another section and continued to apologize for all the delays. We remarked to Jennifer that there were several tables open which we noticed from arrival to (close to) departure, yet we were crammed next to the bar. Unbeknownst to us, Jennifer relayed our dismay and Manager Kerry came over to our table. Without even an introduction she exclaimed "Jennifer told me you're unhappy about your table, what seems to be the problem."
She could easily see our table from the Host/ess Station - with no room to barely eat - we weren't going to pour over all the negatives. She immediately left after we only remarked our table was not ideal.
A good option for casual Italian dinner, upscale it is not.
Food was excellent. Drinks were small for the price, we expected a full size martini. Service was excellent except for the fact that he rushed us to order our entree. We would have liked to have our cocktail and appetizer and then order but he pushed us to order all together. Food came too soon. We did not have enough time to finish our cocktail before entree arrived so no time to order a wine. Done in an hour for dining experience that cost well over $100.
Excellent in every way.
A very nice evening. Jennifer our waitress was very nice and helpful with menu selection. Great food and wine selection
Great food and service
Homemade pasta (spaghetti and meatballs) and chicken with artichokes were delicious. Sadly, I like a dollop of ricotta with my pasta and there was none available (a little strange for an Italian restaurant). But it didn’t take away from our meal. Jenny was an excellent server and took care of all our needs. We received a warm welcome and a very kind departure gesture as the doors were held open for us. Also, God bless the kitchen/chef who acknowledged my special request and cut my husband’s food into bite-sized pieces. He is blind and I usually do this for him. But this time I got to enjoy my meal while it was still hot. THANK YOU!!
Food was just so-so which is surprising for the Ritz. Service excellent, but a gazillion kids on a Saturday night created an unusually high noise level. Pretty place but I think we’ll go elsewhere for Italian next time.
We have been to Tarrazza many times, and have always been quite satisfied. This time, I brought friends to celebrate my husbands birthday, and the service was slow, and the waiter did not come to our table often, we had to “flag” him down. The food was cold, and when they apologized and said they would fix it, the waiter failed to bring the food back, which lead to my guest canceling his order. I was VERY disappointed.
Waitress and food were outstanding. Such lovely surroundings.
Love it!!!!
Casual Italian at the Ritz Naples. Simple Italian food prepared well. Service was outstanding and outdoor seating on a pleasant night was the icing on the cake.
Good food and service in a pleasant setting. The lunch menu was small but ample.
Paul was outstanding as the host. Matteo was an excellent server.
Bad sewer smell at table outside.
Expected food to be way better.
We had mixed experiences with our dinners New Year's Eve. I sent my fish back, as I thought it was too fishy tasting. They overcooked one of our petit filets, and the scallops were too sweet. The amuse bouche was very tasty but barely warm, the salad was fabulous, and so were the pastas. The desserts were both very good. Were the dinners worth $90 each, iffy considering the mixed quality of the meal. I have eaten here when I thought the food was much better, so it might have been they were just having difficulty because they were so busy.
Not Ritz Carlton expectation. Noisy almost fast food feeling restaurant with average food. As much as I love Ritz C establishments I would not come back to this one.
Family dining. Probably selected a time that was a little early, as the dining room was empty upon arrival, so little ambience
Do the Sunday brunch. So many choices, I made a little piggy of myself.
We have dined several times here. For dinner and the Sunday brunch. The food and service never disappoint.
Jenny was a outstanding server!
A perfect meal for a wonderful evening with friends. The own doors brought the outside in as if we were dining al fresco. The daily made fresh pasta was just fabulous! The Caesar salads came with crispy crouton bread slice and perfect dressing. All of the dinners were delicious and Ritz quality presentation. The service was also first class. Ask Matt the bartender to create a special drink to your liking as he is quite creative. Terrazza is our go to restaurant for a casually elegant dining experience!
Thanksgiving
This was fifth time at Terrazza and have not been disappointed at any one off our visits. Staff, food, ambiance are all at the top. The manager and wait staff couldn't have been better. They certainly went above and beyond to make you comfortable in every phase of our evening at Terrazza. A truly enjoyable experience.
Excellent service and food.
Request Edgar as your server. He is 6 stars!
Edgar was attentive and amazing. His recommendations were fantastic. We will definitely be back.
Great dining choice, in lovely surroundings.
Menu a little limited, but the food was cooked to perfection.
Pasta was superbly cooked al dente.
I had the pasta special. It was overcooked and mushy, the pasta and the vegetables. The salmon on top was overcooked and dried out. Very poorly done.
