   This is a great place to sit & relax. The food was very good & the waitor was friendly. The only criticism would be that the coffee was very expensive, (over £4); this would be OK if we had been offered a top up but we weren't! Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

   Having anticipated going here for my 30th with 12 friends, it came as much of a dissapointment. The waiter who served us (one waiter to 13 people) was unable to understand the most basic request of a drinks order and still managed to forget several peoples drinks and get the drinks order incorrect - no ice is a simple instruction! Admitidly we were in a rush but the kitchen which took over an hour to produce steak and chips (though the steak was good) for 13 people was unacceptable. The mains arrived still served by one waiter over a period of 10 minutes followed by 15 minutes of sides (though they caught up and added an additional waiter for the sides), with some of the sides being forgotten or not taken correctly my said same waiter. Poor

   First time here and I was really pleased as it was for a group dinner for a friend from overseas. Lovely venue. Not too posh / hard an environment but comfortable with very pleasant staff. Food was very tasty and good portions too. Great central location but it's somewhere you'd want to be able to relax and take your time. Not a venue for a quick eat.

   Great Location, Great Food, Slow service, this was a Wednesday lunchtime with only a handful of customers in the restaurant, however for some reason the service was slow and the staff not really attentive to our needs. There was also two dropped trays in the space of about 15 mins - drinks and food - so maybe a little strafe training would go along way.

   Chilled out bar, nice atmosphere, not many people, but it was a Tuesday. Background music was good too. Food was good, but service a little slow for an empty bar. Overall enjoyed my meal and will go again.

   Upon arriving at the restaurant my toptable reservation had embarrassingly not been implemented nor was I informed about the set menu for Valentines weekend. I've still not been provided with an explanation or apology although I was immediately emailed & asked why I was a 'no show' However, the restaurant was faultless & managed the situation swiftly and smoothly, a relief given the evening was a special occasion and two of my guests had travelled a significant distance from outside of London. The food was excellent and our waiter, Giuseppe, was superb and made our night. We were also provided with a wonderful Birthday sweet selection complete with candle as a lovely (and tasty) surprise for my mother. I would definitely here dine again.

   We went to Terrace Grill & Bar recently with friends. The service was fantastic and the food is fantastic and presentation of the food is very god. I was a bit dissappointed that they have run out of Lobster. The ambience is ok. No music background. I think dining there during the day would be better as the restaurant does have a glass roof.

    The Toptable menu was a good one. I had seen some negative reviews regarding the steak; however I decided to order one and mine was delicious! It was all well-presented and I liked the ambience in the restaurant. I will definitely return, and would recommend to others.
