Great outside space
Went to lunch for my birthday. Beautiful setting. Had tortilla soup and split a vegetable panini with truffle fries. It was fabulous!!
Terra goes above and beyond to help diners have an outstanding meal. The food is delicious and tastefully repaired.
A lovely setting, we sat outside this visit. Beautiful views and we are so lucky to live in this beautiful city. Service was outstanding as was the food. We'll be back.
Went for lunch, very good food and service. Recommend.
Excellent.... A+ ! Great value....
I’ll return.. AND tell my friends!
It doesn't get any better than this. Patio only dining, for now, but who would want to be inside with these views and the weather. The food and the service were both great
Wonderful date night spot, ask for a table facing west to watch the sun set. Great service, great wine list (go on half price bottle days for great selections!). Thank you FS Santa Fe!
Lynn was great!
Bad atmosphere like a dark cave,, noisey, overpriced and will not go back
Interesting menu. Love the weekly specials offerings - different entree special each day. This will bring me back. Food was good, nothing outstanding however need to return to better evaluate. Was there for restaurant week.
Very good, great spot, nice atmosphere. Pricey drinks,$19 for a glass of Pinot noir is a little high, even for the Four Seasons. We live up the road so will likely be back. Food was very good and service was excellent.
Great food and service! Very accommodating to food allergies.
We were very disappointed that the desert was not included in the restaurant week menu. All other restaurants we had been to for restaurant week included a desert in the pricing.
When we asked about it we were told that the chef had decided not to include desert with the restaurant week menu however there was no adjustment in price for that omission.
Again it was a disappointment not to have a three course meal as all other restaurant week restaurants do.
Went here with friends for Restaurant Week. Very disappointing. They ran out of an entree two of us wanted so I tried the salmon. The veggies were great, salmon just so so. No dessert included in the fixed price meal. Really???? Not even a cookie???? Looked over the regular menu while waiting and the prices were outrageous for what they offered. The service was great, however, and they had a fabulous musician playing Spanish guitar and singing in Spanish in the bar. Worth it just to hear him!
Not nearly as good as in the past. I would go again but eat in the bar where the menu is more dependable.
It started with very friendly guys at valet, exceptional service from our waitress, and a red snapper presented by the chef. Great way to spend our Valentines date night. Thank you Terra for a wonderful dinner and service.
The waiter was good but the kitchen was really slow. We had decided to try someplace different
and it was a mistake. The dinning room was not busy. I guess other people knew. The food was good
but not equal to nice restaurants in town.
We had a Groupon, food was very good, however Indont believe it was worth what it would have cost if it was full price. The service was great though and the restaurant had a nice casual ambience.
Groupon was a great deal for lunch.
Four Seasons great service and an excellent wine list. Food was spot on with very pleasant surroundings.
Very good from start to finish. Food, wine selection, and ambience all very good and all in a beautiful setting.
Food was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved our dinner so much we returned for breakfast. The short rib and New Mexican Hot chocolate are absolutely delicious.
Always nice to eat at Terra. However, it's not cheap. Four glasses of wine and two lunches with appetizers was over $170 before tip.
Always a great experience!
Wonderful evening- great food and service to match!
Monica took care of all our needs!
Very slow service, and extremely high prices - $32 Mushroom entree contained two large mushrooms, and a dozen roasted carrots. We waited a full hour for our entrees to arrive. No one apologized for the delay or acknowledged it. We also had to request the dirty plates be cleared from our table in order to make room for the food being placed, that was a first. Very disappointed in the Four Seasons brand.
We had the Shrimp Tacos which was so good that we ordered another plateful!
Our waitress,Montserrat was excellent, very helpful and attentive.
It is a great place for lunch.
Amazing food and service and such a beautiful place! Awesome drinks and just overall gorgeous place.
The dining room for lunch lacks ambience (so you may want to eat in the bar).
That said, the food has done a 180. Previous it was well presented and generally bland with some things better than others. Now isn’t frankly delicious. Your basic Caesar Salad comes with the most amazing dressing with crunchy bright lettuce. Two people (one native Santa Fean and the other from Denver) were impressed by the enchiladas. The tortilla soup was so flavorful one person ordered a cup after the entree.
Good stuff happening in the kitchen. Give it a try.
Celebrating Christmas in Santa Fe and no better place for Christmas dinner. The “in kitchen buffet” was an amazing experience. Food was outstanding and atmosphere perfect
Terra should have advertised that their Christmas Day dinner was a $105 per person buffet .
We have been here for four days .....Best dinner in Santa Fe hands down! Great service, great drinks, great atmosphere.
A must visit experience! Best Christmas ever! And bonus snow!
Food was excellent, service was slightly more amateur than we expect at Four Seasons.
My party of four visited The Rancho Encantado Four Seasons two weeks earlier for happy hour. At that time there was a very unpleasant smell in the lobby, something akin to a busted septic tank. Our dining experience also met with the same smell, although the smell was more distinctive in the lobby and restroom area. I only mention this because I did give ambiance a low rating and would expect a high class hotel operation like Rancho to immediately resolve a problem like this one. Had I been a hotel guest, I would have declined staying.
The rest of our dining experience was more than superb and we expect to return again and again.
Off nite. Few guests. Food was part excellent, part bad.
Service was very good and helpful.
Manager came and apologized. Waived bill.
Recommend hotel, but not restaurant on off-nite.
Great location. Service was best in class. I’ve had better filets, they put to much on them and underneath they had little little flavor. Would go back. Not a bad trip from downtown whatsoever.
Amazing place on our anniversary. We got a free champagne glasses thanks to Victor!
Amazing service. We went for a birthday lunch and our server was extremely courteous and informative. I highly recommend coming for any special occasion!
