Overall was satisfied with the food here they have really fresh seafood the only concern is when they have large groups there the kitchen can get a little backed up and then everyone in the restaurant waits for their food so it's a little hit and miss depending on what's going on one night our food was there quickly and the following night we waited an hour for a main course sit outside for the view it could be noisy inside

Our first visit was on Thursday. Peggy was our server and she was exceptional.Food was outstanding. We loved it so much that we returned on Friday with guests. Food was good. Service was very poor and we waited long time for everything!! very disappointing!!

Beautiful setting but service was sketchy. We were seated and promptly received a bread basket. Then we waited 15-20 minutes for a waiter, only to have to ask the hostess to fetch one. Our waitress apologized with an awkward explanation and we ordered. Then we waited another 20 mins for our food, with the waitress constantly assuring us the food was coming.
My entree was good but my wife’s ala carte twice baked potato wasn’t. My entree was good.
Later, the manager stopped by to apologize and took my drink off our bill.
Maybe it was just a rough night, but the service -especially for a Hyatt resort property- was not acceptable. Something is a bit amiss here.
We’ll try again, because it’s such a pretty place and we want it to be good.

Tarpon Bay has a wonderful Florida casual ambiance while still being recognized for upscale gourmet food. Our experience was excellent, in spite of the fact that we dined on one of the busiest restaurant nights of the year. Food presentation and taste were awesome and the setting was very romantic. Definitely a must for your next special occasion!!

We had reservations for 7:15 and when we arrived, we were told that they were clearing a table and that we would be seated in”5-10 minutes “. That was a lie, we were not seated until 7:45. It does not take a half hour to clear a table. We did not have a waiter approach us until 8:05, 20 minutes later. He apologized and promised that he would serve the wine we ordered “right away “. Well, we were finished our appetizers when the wine was finally delivered. He did not ask our selection of sauces, and told us that there was no choice, even though the menu said otherwise. I could b

It was a terrible way to spend Valentine’s day. Needless to say we will never return.

All of the food in our $300.00 meal was cold. It was not meant to be cold. The waitress was pleasant and initially prompt, but each drink-order wait was a minimum of 10-15 minutes. The food order—multiple courses—was 20+ minutes in wait time. The decor was pleasant, but the noise was intolerable. Sound diffusing palets would add color and a quieter environment. For an expensive Hyatt-based restaurant this is not acceptable. We shall not return.

8 of us wanted to go to some place for dinner that was high end and a pleasant seating , and your place was picked and was what we wanted. The service was great for dinner , but not so good at the bar where we stopped first for a drink. The server may have been new or a junior but she need help or more training. Over all it was a great evening and all were pleased

Outstanding place. Really hadn't heard others talk about it. So many great places in Naples area. This is at the top. Can't go wrong. Great food, service venue and value for fine dining.
