We are in the process of switching reservation systems from OpenTable to Tock. Award winning Chef Tracy A. Little connects the guests through her love of the mountains, of food and foraging. The team incorporates this into everything they do with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship. The servers will guide you in your tasting menu experience. We offer a selection of Canadian wines for our wine pairings, and unique, house made juices and other concoctions as a non-alcohol pairing option. Featured on Chefs Vs Wild. If you are interested in cocktails or mocktails, we have the most original and sustainable wild potions that you will find.

    Food was not good, portion size was right for the style of dinner but flavours where not where they should have been for the price, I feel the chef needs to rethink their approach

    Great service , drink recommendations, and food!!! The vegetarian meal was super tasty. The Rok cocktail was excellent and the lemon meringue tea was a great end!

    We appreciated the tasting menu and the variety of flavours and creativity, yet did not feel like the value was there. We have been to other restaurants where we have had tasting menus and this did not compare.

    Our server Jennifer was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and philosophy behind Sauvage and responsive to our every needs. A lovely foray into food and nature combinations we hadn’t considered before.

    This is probably the best place now for fine dining in Canmore. The menu consists of 2 tasting menus, non vegetarian and vegetarian with the option of 5 or 7 courses. There is no a la carte option. There is a wine pairing option which I had this time. Only quibbles was that I found the wine pours were a little small for what they were charging. Also it is a crowded restaurant so if you concerned about COVID it might not be your best choice. In addition because the tables are close together it is hard not to hear conversations from other tables. In the summer they have an outdoor patio which would be our choice.
