Lovely ambiance and had an overall good experience. Service was timely and pleasant. Sat in middle of room which I didn’t care for. Fish special was amazing, duck was undercooked and a few pieces were tough to swallow as a result.
Great food and personal service!
Wonderful food as always! Really enjoyed someone else cooking other then me.
Went there with out of town visiting family members for my wife's birthday. Great food and service. Would definitely go back
Husband and I dined here for the first time to celebrate our 12th anniversary. Everything was amazing — from the food, to the service, to the attention to detail. Highly recommend! We will be back!
Amazing dinner, great wine list. Great for special occasions.
I had the ahi tuna and it was delicious. My friend ordered the filet bandit was tasty too! The grapefruit specialty drink was perfect!
Staff were friendly and service was good. Overall food to me , wasnot anything special . It tasted very average and perhaps I could make it better myself at home. But I am new to the area and used to diverse cuisine of larger cities. So far I havenot been able to locate a very good restaurant in southern Virginia .
Fabulous as usual!!!
Mike and his team do a fabulous job. The food was great. Wine selection is extensive. Incredible deserts and top shelf service.
Best dining experience during three weeks on the road. A quiet corner table. A fantastic wait staff (thanks, Alexandra!). Gluten free excellence. Because of the stress that travel puts on our bodies, I had special requests: hold the salt, make me a weak margarita, etc., and the kitchen did not balk. Perfect outcome on the grilled salmon with vegetables. The red wine (a tempranillo, I think?) was delightful and well-aged, leading to a better-than-usual wine bargain at an upscale restaurant. A taste of BOTH desserts was fantastic - yes I became a hedonist at this restaurant. I loved the low light, the art, and the looks of the place. I wish there was more parking available adjacent to the restaurant, but that's a condition of almost all the downtown restaurants, it seems. I wish that I had found this place the first night that I was in Roanoke, and I highly recommend it.
It was amazing. The lamb was delicious and they have Buffalo Trace which was exciting for us.
Decent food and wine list but nothing out of the ordinary
We went in for our reservation and nonkne ever acknowledged us as we stood there we waited still nothing so after several people walked passed us and looked at us we left.
Enjoyed the food and the drinks. Glad to see this restaurant open during the pandemic.
Excellent dining experience
Convenient location with good service. We were staying at Hampton Inn downtown.
I love table 50. I have to say that I was surprised that they seated all of us in 3 tables in the front. One customer requested a bit of distance... it’s a sizable place, they could have spread us out a bit.
ANYWAY.. besides that I had a very enjoyable time server was great food was great drinks were great we had a wonderful time!!!!
Given that the Corona Virus is still present, it was somewhat quiet. But, it was a friendly atmosphere and the food was fantastic.
Great local spot, awesome selection and wine list.
Seated at table 10 minutes prior to our reservation. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was incredible! Best steak I have had in a while.
One word...awesome food!!!
Our food was exceptional. We had the blackend tuna and the mahi mahi.if I had to complain our wine that we ordered was not chilled and it took a long long time to chill it. Even when we got it it wasn't quite chilled which is strange that a very popular wine was not readily chilled. Our server Ashley was very good.
Covid precautions were in place and followed by the staff. The menu offers a lot of choices. Our server ( sorry I forgot her name was great. Provided great recommendations and said the kitchen did not mind substitutions with the sides. The food was plated in a very appealing manner and was fantastic.
Our food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Perfect romantic birthday dinner.
Best in Roanoke! Fresh, perfectly prepared dishes and great service! The blackened Ahi Tuna over risotto is a must have!
Excellent food, and wine list. Good value
The waitress did not put in our order correctly and my guest had to change entrees because of the time it would take to cook the one she ordered. No manager checked in on us after the mistake. The substitute pasta was ok, but it was disappointing that we could not get what we ordered.
Fantastic. I have been to Table 50 many times and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Roanoke. Tonight’s dinner was one of the beat ever. Tuna is a must have.
Always amazing and never disappointing!! The entire experience was absolutely amazing, the food, the service and the atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
We have had other good experiences at Table 50, but this was not one of them. Our server was very disengaged and most unhelpful. The food was mediocre at best. We will or not be back.
Food was so-so, very dark atmosphere, a noisy night at the restaurant. Although there was a vegetarian option on the online menu, there was nothing on the new menu (trimmed for pandemic). Shrimp Scampi was passable but not outstanding. Portions are small which is okay. Just be aware. The servers were very attentive and tried to be helpful.
Great service. Food was very good but missed the mark on a couple of things. The crab bisque was not hot enough, not enough to complain about but not right. The salmon, on the other hand, was a bit dry from being a little overcooked. Neither was enough to bother sending it back but not enough for 5 stars.
Always good food (fried chicken) and drinks conveniently located downtown in the market area.
Table 50 was a great dinning experience from the fresh bread to the last bite of the delicious salmon. Highly recommended.
Table 50 ranks among the best dining experiences I have encountered. The staff and management provide a stellar environment with expert food, cocktails and service.
Tiffany was an amazing server. The food not so much. The chicken dish was extra salty and the Mac and cheese was terribly bland. We got crab cakes instead but they weren’t much better. Didn’t want to make Tiffany feel bad about another dish so we just boxed it up to go. Would have been nice to have a manager stop by. Tiffany did extend us dessert but we didn’t really eat that either.
Overall the food was ok, aside from the scallops and creme brule, which we enjoyed. We are glad we visited but we wouldn't be quick to come back.
Great as always. Scallops are as as good as you’ll ever have.
