We went with our three younger kids for our last night at the Broadmoor, and it was a near perfect experience. Our server was Raymond, and he was so kind and patient with our kids. He took the time to get to know us, interact with the kids a little, and explain all the dishes that we’d chosen. He was always happy to answer any questions or requests that we had and was a great example of the kind of service Broadmoor provides. We ordered the ceviche appetizer, the tomato and mozzarella salad, the elk loin, the pork (no wild boar, unfortunately!), the shrimp, and a side of the purple potatoes. Everything was so flavorful and unique. My favorite was the pork! Thank you to Raymond and the Summit team for giving us an unforgettable evening!

Food was good and service was good. I am not sure it was the at the level of the cost but it was a nice dinner. For 3 of us it was a little over 400 dollars. I expected a little better for that price.

The service and beauty of dinning at The Summit were impeccable! The food was very good but not excellent for the price. It was the sauce offered and then poured on the wagyu beef and aged tenderloin that dampened the overall taste of such quality cuts of meat. I take responsibility for agreeing to it being added. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and still highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. The flavors mixed with the pork loin were sublime. However as the restaurant filled up the ambient noise ramped up and it became nigh impossible to converse. Finally it’s the Broadmoor so be prepared for a $$$$ check at the end. Worth it.

Kelly the hostess was absolutely amazing and made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire dining experience. She brought such positive vibes it was great. We also had another server named Sean help us out. Cody was great at making recommendations!

Servers and staff were very attentive! That’s the only positive I have. The food was just ok. VERY SMALL PORTIONS. My husband and I go out to eat a lot. We always prioritize quality over quantity. We have no problem spending a lot of money for great food, great drinks, and great wine. But this place was extremely overpriced on all three. My impression is that the chef is a bit pretentious. We would not return.

We were disappointed the food and wine pairing that was on the menu when we made the reservation was no longer available due to a menu change. However, our waiter was also the sommelier and he suggested we pick an appetizer, salad, entree and dessert to share, then he would pair a wine with each course. The food and wines were amazing and the portion sizes were perfect! It was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! We had ceviche, salad, arctic char and the vegetarian pasta. All amazing flavors and presentation. Dessert was baklava and home churned ice cream which were excellent. Top notch service that was attentive but not intrusive. The staff did what all good service teams do - anticipate what guests need and work together. Can’t wait to go back soon!!
