Great location for a special meal. The staff and management were very welcoming and attentive. We could not havebeen happier - we will certainly be back.

Can’t cook steak with a damn. $40 for a steak and you can’t seem to figure out how to get a medium steak!!! Sad

Celebrating my mother's 89th birthday on Sunday, we chose Stoney River for lunch because of its accessible valet parking and wide variety of salads and other luncheon options. Overall, we were very pleased with the food and service. One thing to note was that the music was way too loud, particularly for elderly patrons (my mom and her friend both complained that they had trouble hearing our conversations over the sound coming from the speakers).

I visited Stoney River for the first time on Saturday. It was good that we planned ahead and made a reservation because the line was out the door to get in. The restaurant is cramped and we were seated against a wall at a table that was hard to access because of all of the tables of birthday celebrations around us. Service was extremely slow, and several times we were out of drinks for long periods of time. We tried the steak rolls as an appetizer. They were greasy and needed more chimichurri sauce to brighten the flavor. We both ordered prime rib and my potatoes didn’t come with the rest of my dinner. I had to wait a long time on them so I’m not sure what happened there. The prime rib was cooked well but lacked seasoning. My date and I saved room for dessert but another server brought our check over at the direction of his manager before someone even asked us if we were interested in dessert. Overall, things didn’t go as well as I wanted them to since we were out celebrating, so I won’t be returning.

Made a reservation for a 12:30pm lunch for two - two weeks in advance. I had requested (in writing) a table next to the fireplace. There are two tables next to the fireplace. Both tables were empty but the hostess told me she wasn't able to accommodate my request with a fire place table. Although disappointed, I didn't question it, thinking both tables had possibly been reserved before I made my reservation and request for a fire place table. The two fire place tables sat empty until we were paying our bill at the end of our meal when one of the tables was seated, the other was completely empty from the moment we walked in until we walked out - as did most of the tables in the restaurant. Also worth mentioning - we were seated next to a wait station with an apparent gnat problem and gnats flew around our meals the entire time. We dine at Stoney River a few times a year so this experience was disappointing.

It was our first time in your restaurant and we had an amazing experience. Tom was our server and he made sure we wanted for nothing. And when he introduced us to your bread and butter, I wanted to buy a dozen to take home. Thank you very much for a very memorable experience and we will be back
