Excellent server! She gave great descriptions of the food and was very attentive! Our meals were very tasty!

Inventive colourful and delicious plates. I had the salmon (perfectly cooked with crisp skin) with a flavorful caponata and grilled fennel on the side. Dishes are well balanced with notes of vinegar or citrus, honey, spices etc. The three sisters chicken was as tender as tasteful. My only critique is the limited wine list which would benefit from more french and spanish wines in particular which would pair beautifully with the amazing cuisine. Service was top!

The Halibut was great and the service was top drawer.

The view is amazing. Service is great. After a long day of travel this is a perfect experience.

Attentive and friendly service by server Anusha and Manager Ajay Started by sharing a small Garden Greens Salad which my husband and I enjoyed. Ordered ahi tuna poke bowl and Sesame citrus noodle bowl with ahi tuna added. Food was very well prepared — delicious, interesting flavours, textures and colourful presentation. This was our first time at Earl’s in Jasper and we plan to return next time we are in town. PS Both men’s and women’s bathrooms well appointed and very clean. Added to a positive dining experience for us.
