IMMERSE Winery has truly outdone itself with a stunning new menu and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well looked after — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing, Megan was amazing. The refreshed menu is a delight, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative dishes that pair beautifully with their award-winning wines. Each plate was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with highlights like the burger and prawn dish. The winery’s setting remains as breathtaking as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an elevated dining experience. Whether you're visiting for a special occasion or just a quiet afternoon, IMMERSE offers a memorable mix of fine food, excellent service, and gorgeous surroundings. Highly recommended for food and wine lovers alike we loved the experience.

My partner is vegan and very much enjoyed the Kohlrabe ( however its spelt) and the staff were attentive, helpful and pro active in assisting our choices. we had done a tour of the House previously which was a lovely addendum to the day and the delicious lunch that followed. All in all, highly recommend.

Great coffee and best toastie going around. Super nice staff who really look like they enjoy their jobs.

Great atmosphere and service. Fantastic drinks. Only improvement may be for for the charcuterie board as you could provide better value for money. Other than that it's a great vineyard with fantastic wines.

Lovely spot in the Yarra Valley. Platters were delicious and good value. Will definitely visit again .
