Booked this as a belated Mother’s Day with my mum and future mother in law who is visiting from the UK. Requested to sit beside the window to see the wildlife, which was given and we had a great view of the birds. Unfortunately, the only option with the eggs Benedict was to have chipotle hollandaise, and no option for the traditional way of just regular hollandaise. Because of this, mum was flustered to choose something else and ordered the veggie stack which was very underwhelming for her. Apart from that, everything was lovely.

Beautiful place very nicely renovated and really yummy food. Our group of 11 really had a good time

Really good old fashioned pub. The service was friendly and quick and the food was classic old school pub fare. Roast lamb for me and rissoles and mash for my companion. Didn’t love the desserts but they have a great ice-cream bar.

It was a great Easter Sunday lunch. The staff were excellent and very accommodating given we failed to tell them we had someone in a wheelchair and they rearrange appropriate seating. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The beer was cold and a good variety and the wine was limited but excellent. We went there on a recommendation from a family friend and will be returning in the future.
