I fell in love with Chef cuisine at Cafe des Artistes in PV and was eager to try this new a spot he started with his daughter. The result—gastronomic delight. Superb service. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, we are quite discerning, and this restaurant should be on everyone’s “must do list” in the PV or Nuevo Vallarta area. I took my 2.5-year-old baby (yes, terrible twos!), and not only did they ensure the ambiance was suitable, they also ensured she was pampered by proactively tailoring her needs, like bringing her food before anything else, proactively bringing her easy-to-use chopsticks, and putting her drink in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. The food was superb; we celebrated Mother's Day, and my wife loves Japanese food. I'm not a big fan, but omg, everything was delicious.
