La Negra was recommended to us by multiple people, and it did NOT disappoint! We had a party of 10, ranging in age from 15-70 and We all loved it! Food and service were incredible. Make sure to book in advance on Open Table!

Truly an incredible dining experience! The tasting menu is a must. I fell in love with Chef cuisine at Cafe des Artistes in PV and was eager to try this new a spot he started with his daughter. The result—gastronomic delight. Superb service. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, we are quite discerning, and this restaurant should be on everyone’s “must do list” in the PV or Nuevo Vallarta area. Be sure to save time for exploring the rooftop herb garden after dinner.

Excellent atmosphere! The food was very good and tasty. Do expect large portions for the price. Waiter staff is excellent!

We celebrated our anniversary eating in a beautiful outdoor setting. The menu was diverse and our meals prepared perfectly. Our waiter doubled as soloist for a nice cover of a Righteous Brothers song without neglecting the table. It really was a great experience

By far the best service I've ever received, coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. I took my 2.5-year-old baby (yes, terrible twos!), and not only did they ensure the ambiance was suitable, they also ensured she was pampered by proactively tailoring her needs, like bringing her food before anything else, proactively bringing her easy-to-use chopsticks, and putting her drink in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. The food was superb; we celebrated Mother's Day, and my wife loves Japanese food. I'm not a big fan, but omg, everything was delicious. We're definitely coming back once my baby girl is 3 years old to use the kids' area.
