- DDarenVIPLas Vegas •3 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoI really wish they would do a few small things to make this more Brazilian. Like the black beans should have some scraps of meat off those skewers added in to make it a feijoada. There also needs to be oranges and collard greens served. The potato salad needs to have a few more things thrown in like peas and carrots.More infoTexas de Brazil - FresnoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Fresno•4.5

Discover Coalinga
Coalinga's name is an abbreviation coined by railroad employees in the late 19th century, meaning "Coaling Station A." The city's agricultural and cultural history is reflected in its the many Mexican restaurants, ranging from informal lunch spots with picnic table seating to dinner restaurants serving beef, chicken, and pork entrees. Other restaurants specialize in burritos, tacos, and tortas along with "postres," including flan and tres leches cake. Coalinga's Chinese menu options include dinner restaurants and fast-casual chains. American steak and ranch-style food is also served by locally owned chain dinner houses. Lunchtime American favorites located on the highway include drive-ins serving burgers and fries and casual diners open midday for sandwiches and coffee.
