First visit over lunch. Really enjoyed everything about this place and we'll be back for sure when next in Paso. We split calamari, salad and carbonara, all excellent. Nice by the glass list of local and Italian wines.

Sat outside for the first time the temperature was perfect and the service was awesome. Really enjoyed it being quiet so you could have a good conversation.

Outstanding meal! The menu was diverse and had many interesting ingredient combinations. Out waitress was very helpful with describing items and recommending wine and food suggestions as well as info about the town. Our wine was fabulous and the entrees delicious. Highly recommend!

We fortuitously came upon this family-run bistro that sets the bar on excellent service. The food is delicious and wine menu is varied, highlighting local winemakers. Only months-old, it has the potential to become a neighborhood fave!

We've been dining at Tahoe Joe's over the past decade or so. It's sad to see their business has dropped significantly to the point where it does not look like they will last another decade. Great food, even better value.
