    The new Starlite is fantastic! I've been a fan since before the reopening, and I'm happy to say it’s back and better than ever. It’s definitely a hot spot now — vibrant, busy, and in high demand. I had to book reservations three weeks in advance, which says a lot about how popular it's become. I requested standard indoor seating. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable. Highly recommend making a reservation well in advance if you plan to go!

    8:30 reservation. Probably ordered by 8:40. Server did not acknowledge celebration note :( Got drinks by 8:50 and our app at 9:10. 9:53 our entrees and sides were dropped. It was laughable that our server stopped by 45 mins after ordering to inform us that the kitchen was backed up but she just checked on our food and it should be out soon. I think informing us earlier would've been better. The hospitality missed the mark compared to an outstanding experience we had elsewhere the night prior. The short rib and sea bass were good but not exceptional. Sea bass was better than the short rib imo. The french onion soup and ice cream cake were the best!!

    Tucked discreetly on India Street like a speakeasy’s stylish cousin, Starlite is the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re in on a delicious little secret. You don’t just walk in—you arrive. With its honeycomb wood walls, moody lighting, and that iconic copper dome entry, the vibe is a masterclass in retro-futuristic cool. Think James Bond meets Mad Men, with mezcal in hand!!! Food 10, Atmosphere 10, Service 10!!! It’s my new fav place to be!
