Great place for Sunday brunch! I would recommend. We had excellent service and good food.

I’m usually a bit hesitant to eat at the hotels I stay at, but my wife and I had a really good breakfast here. I had the eggs Benedict which was excellent and the side of bacon was really flavorful. My wife really enjoyed her pancakes. If we go back to Boulder we will definitely stay at the Boulderado and eat Spruce.

The food was very mediocre, but our waitress was exceptional! Their drinks are also very good. I would suggest coming for drinks and apps, but go elsewhere for dinner.

Very friendly, excellent food and very good Covid protocol. We’ll be back!

Service snd food were excellent! They did a great job with social distancing, COVID restrictions. The decor is a little tired but still a great place for dinner.

Went for brunch and was 100% satisfied with the tasty cocktails- lavender mimosa and Bloody Mary- as well as the delicious entrees. We had the French toast and avocado eggs Benedict. All prepared perfectly. Felt very safe during covid as well.

Very good social distancing. Excellent food (especially trout) and drink in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

What happened to this place? I’ve been eating here since it was Q’s and it is so awful now I won’t go back. Really a shame for a Boulder institution. Inept service, poor lighting and ambience, no filet on the menu anymore, had the steak frites and it came with some powdered gravy kind of sauce. Positively gross. All low-quality domestic wines. Massive disappointment for a once excellent restaurant.

Great service, I had the Smoked Prime Rib and it was the best I've ever had! My husband had the salmon and also enjoyed his meal. Outstanding!

Surprisingly delightful brunch! The Boulderado Bowl was amazing. Spruce Farm & Fish is now on my list of regulars for my next trip to Boulder.

Spruce (and Corner Bar) are always consistently good. Great GF calamari and smoked prime rib. Mussels in white sauce. The rest of the table enjoyed fish entrees. Good location and comfortable seating.

Best French toast I’ve ever had! The eggs and smoked salmon has was tasty!

We were here in Sept 2020, during the pandemic, so it was quiet. Food was good. Server was great. Nice interior. Would recommend. The lobby of the hotel, to which the restaurant is attached, is amazing.

Food was lovely but server was lacking. She was also the bartender so she was tied up there. Never suggested any specials or wine pairing with dinner. Fried Calamari was very good. Sauce that accompanied it was a little different. Bison Bolegnese was the best I've had. Presentation could have been better with shaved parm fresh parsley. Kitchen staff brought out my dishes. Would eat there again but not in the bartender table serving area.

I have been curious about this place for a while. I am so glad we finally tried it. The food and ambiance we amazing. We will definitely be back!

Server Sam showed up about twenty minutes after we were seated blaming someone else but we had seen him loitering around the bar during our wait.

It also seemed like we were an unreasonable chore: lots of sighs when we were ordering wine and asking a couple of menu questions. Not at all cheery.

Forgot a drink refill request and when he came around fifteen minutes late he got it then and comped it.

I don’t usually do reviews..but..this place was fantastic! We Were staying at the hotel Boulderado, and had just come in from a long drive and decided to give this place a shot..meal was amazing...like one of the best we’ve ever had and we eat out a lot. Next day..we decided to give their brunch a try...blown away..dinner night two...where to eat??...let’s see if they can go 3 for 3...bam...another amazing meal...woke up to head out of town needed breakfast..why not see if they can go 4 for 4...and..they did!!! Highly recommend!!! Not many places can be so consistent with tasty meals..props to the chef and staff!

This was convenient because we were staying at the Boulderado, although I don’t know that we’ll be coming back any time soon. Food was decent and the portion sizes were good, albeit a bit expensive.

The place is really decorated very old school classic. The foods was outstanding and our waitress did an outstanding job. I had their signature gin martini and it was delicious. I would go back in a heartbeat.
