   The food was fantastic and the owner has outstanding character! The owner selected our starters for us based on a few simple questions, we were all pleasantly suprised! Will be back soon!

   Looks like your usual Indian restaurant but it's authentic Bangladeshi with personalised tasting. Loved the food. Reminded me of home cooking at its best.

   Another Saturday, another curry in Spices. The difference this time being that Ali built a curry for me that wasnt on the menu. A few simple questions about what i liked, how hot it should be, the sauce etc led to a fantastic result. I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant, if you like a good curry, you are in the Angel area and you can get a table there, go, you wont regret it.

   As always another great curry at Spices, i dont think this place can be rivalled in terms of quality, price, portion size and taste anywhere in London, i really like this place.

   Whenever we fly over from Hamburg we always make a special trip to eat here. The food is authentic and you literally cannot stop eating. Utterly mouthwatering...drooling as I type... and it's BYOB to boot!

   Ali is a lovely man, and the food was great. The experience felt almost tailored to us! Don't be put off by the not-so-nice street, or even the humble restaurant itself. The best curry I've had in London
