Sons & Daughters is influenced by the seasons and unique elements of local farms in the surrounding bay area. The approach to the food is thoughtful, delicate and displays clarity of ingredients. Our tasting menu is $145*.

Our wine list boasts an extensive variety of both classic and New World wine selections. Selected for their unique expression of terroir and ability to enhance the light, seasonal and farm-influenced tasting menu, guests have the option to join us for the wine pairing, by the bottle, or by the glass. Our optional wine pairing is $95.

The 28 seat dining room is welcoming and wraps around a lively open kitchen which plays an active role in the dining experience.

Sons and Daughters was a lovely experience from start to finish. From the friendly texts prior to our dinner to the parting gifts of a personalized menu with homemade truffles. The tasting menu was varied and impeccably prepared. The wine pairings were some of the most unique we have ever had and all paired perfectly with the courses. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wines.

Attentive in every regard. Wine pairing, though expensive, was worth the upcharge. The wine program is fantastic. To grossly generalize, I would say that the kitchen's current menu prioritizes texture over taste in a pleasing way. The food was more interesting than savory, more evocative than sublime. Portions and pacing were on point. The personalized menus (with wine pairings noted!) were a nice touch. One negative: hand soap in the bathroom should be unscented but the facilities otherwise are top notch.

Just amazing! One of the best restaurant experiences ever. Great attention to detail---every bite was special. Service was impeccable. Can't wait to go again.
