We give Splendido very high marks across the board. The restaurant is very traditionally elegant. The service is excellent and the food is the biggest star. Every one of us reacted with sounds of great satisfaction with every bite of everything we tasted. Congratulations to everyone who works so hard to make this restaurant the incredible place it is. We all commented that it’s the best restaurant in Beaver Creek from top to bottom.

Delicious as always, my spring pea soup was amazing, as was the pea spread for the bread. Duck a little too rich for me. Overall a wonderful experience, but VERY expensive. Cannot beat this beautiful restaurant and service.

We spent our anniversary dinner at Spendido on their opening night of the season. Having been here before the expectation was high and we weren’t disappointed. Cocktails, sashimi, bread, filet, Berkshire pork chop and strawberry rhubarb shortcake were all perfectly prepared. Oggie, our server, helped in our selections although we knew we couldn’t go wrong with this season’s spectacular menu. Thankyou to Matt and staff for making another night in BC so memorable!

VERY NICE restaurant! Staff was outstanding! Everyone who helped us from the person who seated us to the waiters to the servers, everyone was outstanding!! It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. I would highly recommend them for any and all special occasions.

Consistently excellent and new flavors introduced every time I visit . We had a wonderful dining experience and the prices are high , but not ridiculous like other places nearby. The soufflé dessert was just the right ending !
