Spoon & Key Market is a multi concept restaurant with ocean views.
We offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Grab n go items daily from 8:00am - 3:30pm, including Illy coffee, house baked goods and a full wine/bar list.
On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we pause our lunch service at 3:30pm and resume at 4:30pm for Sunset Dinner Service.
On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, we offer a Chef Tasting Menu in addition to our A La Carte dinner menu
Both reservations and walk-ins are welcome for dinner. No reservations needed for daytime.

Not only the best meal on Maui, but one of our best anywhere. Chef Chris absolutely kills it. It’s not dinner it’s a culinary experience. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love this place. We did the pre-fixe menu and it was nothing short of amazing.

Wonderful service! Laid back meal with exquisite presentations & delicious unique dishes. Don’t be in a hurry if ordering the 5 course meal but worth the wait for a fabulous meal. Perfect for sharing too!

Spoon and Key Market exceeded every expectation. We came here for a special celebration, and it was one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were phenomenal—kind, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making our evening special. They even curated the music to surprise us with a birthday song during dessert, which was such a sweet, unforgettable gesture and a great dance party. Every dish was outstanding. The flavors, presentation, and quality were simply exceptional—truly some of the best food we’ve enjoyed anywhere. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Whether you’re marking a special occasion or just want an incredible meal in Maui, Spoon and Key Market is a must.

We did the tasting menu. It’s a lot of GREAT food. We also did the wine pairing. I would likely pass on that part again. I was envious of really good looking cocktails being served. Spoon & Key is a delicious option for foodies. Even though the outdoor patio faces the busy street we enjoyed it out there. Naza our server was delightful. Tempo of service spot on. Highly recommend.

An amazing meal served up with exceptional service from Liz and the Chef. Mahalo for a great experience and the kindness you provided to us throughout our time in the restaurant while we celebrated our 30th anniversary. We will be back!

We sat outside so it was noisy from all the traffic. We had excellent service. Everyone explained in detail all the components of each dish. We had the prefixe menu and the vegetable pasta. We loved every dish except the watermelon and duck. The mushrooms that came with the duck were perfection. I would dine in again for that mushroom. We splurged on the caviar since we were celebrating my bfs bday. The yolk with the caviar was perfection. I loved how the caviar wasn't salty. We don't get much time off from work so it was great to celebrate his day with excellent food and service. Service overall has been terrible throughout the island, but Spoon & key has been one of the best services we had in years. I can't wait to try their next curated menu.

Some days a week it is a dinner restaurant that serves up multi-course meals that are an adventure in tastes and flavors. You are not just eating a meal but savoring every bite. It is a bit pricey. For the experience that is fair. Not a place to have dinner at each week, but a place to treat yourself or others to a delicious dining experience once in a while or for special occasions.

My wife and I believe Spoon and Key chef’s tasting menu on Friday and Saturday is the best meal in South Maui. Is is well thought out, superbly prepared and served well. The staff are great and sitting outside is wonderful! The wine pairing is done wonderfully well! What more can I say? We have a place 7 minutes away on Keawakapu Beach. We live in Seattle and try to come over often. We go to Spoon and Key at least once every visit… ps: the ala carte menu is great too!!!

This is our go to spot for a great meal. We stopped by 7 times during our 1.5 week on the South side of the island. Here we're a few of the dishes we enjoyed this trip. Coffee Lunch: fish tacos, ahi sandwich, arugula salad add fish Dinner: smash burgers, prix fixe, wagyu steak, duck breast, local catch, kampachi crudo. Highly recommend!
