We requested grilled pineapple 30 minutes before finishing eating an it was brought to us raw, grilled only for a short time ( we didn’t eat it). We also told them on the reservation it was for our anniversary yet no one knew this (it was never communicated to them). We dressed nice casual but most of the guests were dressed in shorts, t shirts, and flip flops. Also there were two babies (different tables) screaming. I guess this restaurant is too nice for the garbage in Albuquerque. This wrecked our special date.

I've been to this place about four times, but after last night, I’m not sure I’ll be back. The service felt confusing and disorganized, and the woman taking our order was abrupt and unwelcoming. The food was just okay—not enough to make up for the overall experience. Considering how expensive the meal was, it made the whole situation feel even worse.

We eat here regularly and enjoy the food and service. Servers were particularly attentive and friendly this visit. The only problem was the dirty chairs. One chair had food stuck in the corners, there were stains. The chair I sat in, which I thought the cleanest of the four at our table, had something dripped on it but it was dry. Turns out, it wasn't and now I have a stain on my shirt that will need cleaning.

The food was great, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic about the wine dinner event. The noise level was beyond ridiculous and did not allow for conversation without raised voices. The service between courses was slow, and checkout was a painful experience. Our check was incorrect twice, by several hundred dollars, and it took a very long time to get it corrected. The entire experience of the wine pairing dinner lasted 3.5 hours, which was far too long.

We had a little trouble with our order at first, wife ordered an entree, and it somehow got lost in the system, but the manager made it all good by first giving her a plate for the meats, then taking her entire meal off the bill, then came back and said they would comp our entire evening since we didnt get what we wanted timely, and didnt get to eat together! The manager on duty was so above and beyond considerate we were flabbergasted and very impressed, Now THAT'S how you fix a mistake and make the customer want to return. Oh, and the food was great too.
