CdM Restaurant is inspired to create an environment that is visually creative and art driven while providing high quality, chef driven cuisine. Hollywood producer McG, partnered with restauranteur Jordan Otterbein, have found success in building the iconic A Restaurant in Newport Beach and are thrilled to bring this new concept to Corona Del Mar. We strive for an establishment that is deeply rooted in the community where all can come to enjoy. CDM has creative American cuisine inspired by Executive Chef Elvis Morales.
Under CDM; is a speakeasy experience taking place right below us. There is no password or reservations required. Our talented mixologists excited to take you on a journey to sipping the perfect cocktail.

Page is Awesome! She made the our first time experience at CDM enjoyable and entertaining! And she described the drinks (Pear Reviver, CDMargarita, Lalo Espresso Martini) and yummy foods we ordered (Duck Pate and Steak Tartar) to Perfection! Page’s upbeat energy and attention to detail were the highlight of the evening at this cool vibe establishment!

We enjoyed our server Sergio as usual. The champagne, the hamburger and the octopus were exceptional. The hosting greeter near more training. We arrived around 4:10… we knew we were early. When I asked the hosting staff where they would want us to wait, they did not give a direct reply. They just kept repeating we opened at 4:30. On our own, we decided to sit outside until our 4:30 PM reservation came up. With better training, I believe they may have responded. Please make yourself comfortable outside until we can attend to you.

I brought my husband to CdM for Fathers Day and was blown away by the service and food was exceptional! Our waitress was amazing and very friendly, the food came out pretty quickly too and the water glass was always refilled. We had the duck foie gras, which was delicious and my hubbs had the ribeye, which came out perfect and tasted beautiful, cooked to a perfect medium. I had the Cacio e pepe which was delightful! We love this place and can't wait to come back!

Our server, Sam was outstanding!! Her style of service, gracious, authentic, and knowledgeable made our evening!!! The decor is chic and relaxed, and we enjoyed the patio, because it facilitated conversation more so than the lively bar/main dining room area. I did not prefer the execution of the Cacio e Pepe, yet we will most likely return for the service and the ambiance.

I’m thankful that upon confirmation of the reservation, the hostess paid attention to my request and moved our party inside. Further, upon arrival, our server noticed that the table assigned was a bit crowded for party of 6 to sit in and took the liberty to move a table over to make the meal a little more comfortable. Overall food was good and service was top notch! Will definitely visit again!
