Everything about Single Shot was 5 stars. The gnocchi was to die for and the steak was cooked perfectly. We are so happy to have found this restaurant while visiting the area.

The bar is prime real estate. Jason and the whole crew are always on! So consistent. So good. Really happy to have SS as our neighborhood bistro.

We had a reservation at the bar but needed to wait 30 minutes to be seated. When we got to the bar, it took another 30 minutes for someone to even check on us or take our food order. It was very bizarre. Surprised at how many people love this place, I won’t be back.

One of Seattle’s hidden gems. Absolutely top of the line fine dining. Parking is the only issue, but it’s well worth having to walk a few blocks.

We have had a couple of great meals at Single Shot in the past, but last night we brought friends and the service was poor and the food was not as good, especially for the price. We waited a long time for anyone to take our drink order and then had to approach a different person to place our food order after our waiter never stopped by. Bread and agnolotti were very good, but the steaks were only ok, especially for the $65 price tag.

Wow, surprisingly bad. Steak was way overcooked. Never checked on us once. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Didnt ask if we wanted dessert, they just came to the table with the bill. The food was okay at best, nothing to come back for and the service was just bad. Stay away. Cornelly 2 doors down is the better bet.
