   We were on vacation and wanted a great French/Belgian restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We found Si Bon online, and although it was a 20-25 minute drive from Palm Springs, we enjoyed it so much that we went back again for dinner 2 days later. It's easy to find, in a strip mall just south of Country Club Drive off of Monterey. They have great outdoor seating with misters that definitely help tamp down the heat. I will say that the mussels used in the moules/frites were the best, not to mention largest and juiciest, mussels that I've ever had. (We were in St Malo, France last year at this time, and while mussels (and oysters) are the specialty of the region, we didn't find mussels that were even close to what I had at Si Bon.) My spouse enjoyed a very delicious steak tartare after a delicious watercress soup appetizer. I also enjoyed the duck pate with lingonberry jam. Bread is a sliced baguette and real French butter. For our second dinner, I enjoyed the ahi tuna tartare and sand dabs with lemon, caper, and butter sauce. My spouse savored his wild mushroom soup followed by the homemade bratwurst, which needs to be seen to be believed. (It spans the diameter of the plate). For dessert, we had the mango sorbetti and pistachio cream meringue. We were fortunate to have the same server, Erin, both times. She is delightful and the absolute best. We will ask for her section again in a few months when we are back on vacation. If you are looking for incredible French/Belgian food in an unpretentious setting with friendly staff, don't hesitate to drive a little. We know we will be back every trip!

   Every time we go with each trip to the desert, SiBon always delivers goid food and a memorable experience. They know what they’re doing and how to please the palate. Recommended!!

   Everything was perfect. The cocktails were delicious. We had pear martinis. Each entree was cooked and served to perfection. We each ordered a different dessert. We loved them all. Thank you. We will be back soon.

   A great meal with great service, Si Bon never disappoints. Three of our party enjoyed the mussels, one had sand dabs and one had the papaya chicken salad. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend the restaurant for an enjoyable meal and excellent service.

    Good food, nice large outdoor patio in addition to indoor tables, good food. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Limited vegan options. Excellent service.
