Celebrated birthday and was quite pleased!
Clean....great service & delicious food.
Very quiet with limit on occupancy. Great service; never felt rushed to order or turn table.
I love this restaurant. It’s good high end food and priced well.
Nice evening with great food! Patio is a bit loud facing the parking lot but it was a perfect evening.
Super service! Great food and drinks!! Patio was a little loud with the Friday night traffic.
Food, service and atmosphere were all top notch!
Food was excellent, as was the service. First time there but would definitely go back!
During the time of the Covid, many things are difficult. My dinner was not. I was not only easy but harkened back to pre-pandemic times. All was covered -- Easy booking, excellent service, and outstanding food. Other nice touches included the chef visiting the table to explain the sea bass preparation and the complimentary champagne. Cheers.
Want to request outside in the garden.
Haven’t been out since the pandemic started. Going here was a test that worked.
It was a great experience!
Great lunch, server was friendly, helpful and attentive. Any meal at Seasons is exceptional.
Great service. Lobster flatbread and pork chops was the best.
It was absolutely fantastic the scallops were seared perfectly the risotto was made just right The marinated brussel sprouts tasted spectacular The broth with the sea bass was very light and pleasant and the polenta with the crab was extremely flavorful also the stuffed mushrooms was a great start to the meal and the dessert display was very impressive we ended up having the pecan dessert and the s'more one. Gustav was absolutely fantastic he made great recommendations and was very accommodating to our needs and was very receptive throughout our whole meal
Food was over cooked. The flavors seem lost, lacked pizazz. Limited selection on liquor, some wine listed on menu was unavailable. Bartender was nice but needs some polishing for “fine dining” server lacked knowledge of menu, described the sea bass as a “pho like dish” risotto was raw, scallops were over cooked, haricot vert tasted like they were pre cooked and reheated in the microwave, the ends were not snipped off. Every wine seemed to be the bartenders favorite, lacked basic bartending skills and knowledge, ex: shaking a Negroni and serving in a martini glass and opening the wine bottle on top of the dining table.
I expected a lot more out of this restaurant.
We ended up paying the bill and going to another restaurant to finish dinner.
Great time here. Food was good and dessert.
the food was so very fresh, the service was on point. There were overhead fans on the patio. Slight bit of noise but hey it is in a busy shopping center
Generally their food is awesome had the rainbow trout today and it wasn’t good.
Nice table tucked into corner of patio was perfect. Shaded and able to have heard conversation. Food was good.
Such a great place with amazing food. Shocking it’s so low cal.
We brought our friends to celebrate her BD. My shrimp & grits were good but not as terrific as last time. And The gnocchis were not as light as they should be. Our server however, Karen was AWESOME. Best server ever. We will return because I know one “not so outstanding” meal is not the norm for Seasons.
We have been here several times and the food is consistently good definitely above your typical chain food which is why we come back from time to time
We went for Happy Hour - only to be told there was not one. Menu had changed significantly and outdoor dining had most tables in full sun. There were umbrella's but no one to move or tilt them. Finally asked to move outside to a table with shade. Staff was very accomodating. I would not go for dinner any time from about 5:30-6:30 PM. Food was good
Seasons 52 is our go-to place for good food, good service and total enjoyment -- and they never disappoint, even with Newsom's restrictions, they managed to make our lunch a lovely experience. Thank you Season's 52.
Despite the challenges for today restaurants Seasons52 provided and really nice experience! Going back soon - Salmon was amazing.
We were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant staff gave us a card for our anniversary and complimentary desserts. It was overall an amazing experience. I would go back
The food was really good. Cocktails are probably the only thing I’d say is overpriced but the quality of the seafood and steak was worth it.
The food was extraordinary. Excellent excellent. Service was impeccable. A perfect evening.
Went for our anniversary, was a very nice experience. They gave us a card and a special appetizer along with dessert. The main dish (filet), both were done perfectly and tasted amazing.
As always, Seasons 52 was wonderful. They adhere to the necessary health guidelines . The food is always delicious and the perfect serving size. Service is timely and the staff is just as nice and friendly as before the pandemic.
All of the above. This is a great place for a date, special occasion, everyday. Never disappoints and the customer service is fantastic.
We are a family group of five and since open table limits only for four people , I have to call the restaurant directly.
I manage to speak with Jonathan who was very professional and courteous,(since we all live in the same household )they were able to accommodate us all.
It was our first time to dine in , the server Eddie seems tired , didn’t get the chance to introduce himself but I was able to read his name badge.
We were able to order all our entree to our specific liking within 10 minutes.
The appetizers came really quick and we were delighted with the taste, delicious! We were not disappointed except our small plates were not readily available, though Jonathan was fast to bring it in the table.
Then , in the next 45 minutes our plates were empty and no one cleaned up and took our appetizer plates.
It took longer than usual for our main menu to arrive, then finally all the food arrived, for unfortunate reason the chef made a well burnt filet mignon including the pork tenderloin, completely over done scallops ( 4 out of 5 entrees), of course we were hungry but not to a point that we will be able to tolerate such disappointment as burnt food can cause cancer!
We have raised our concerns to the server, Eddie then he decided to call the manager.
The manager, was apologetic then was told that he will speak with the chef, then he came back to us that it’s because of the seasoning causing the food to be black.
Therefore, we pointed out we know what a charred food looks and taste like ,from a seasoning.
At the end, the manager(Jonathan),came and made a suggestion that they will make the three meals and it will be delivered, since it was running late we decided to have it to go.Eddie and Jonathan, were able to turn around the negative experience we have into a more pleasant night when the manager decided to comp the three meals with desserts, that is what above & beyond customer service recovery!
We completely believed, that this restaurant deserves another chance
Loved their food and customer service was awesome!
Great service from Brianna
They seem to have solved the social distancing issues. Very good food and service.
Very nice dinner. Excellent service. Five stars.
My favorite restaurant! Food is always on point and service too. Highly recommend for a special dinner or just a quick bite.
The food and atmosphere was great. We were worried about going to a restaurant during this COVID-19 world but we’re pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. All staff were wearing masks. My only complaint would be the absence of hand sanitizer upon entering. We will definitely return.
Food was bland not seasoned at all! The drinks were the worse we even had to ask for syrups to try and doctor them up. Ridiculous that the bill was $250 for some very unmemorable food
