    Met up with a few friends for lunch. Unknown to us was that the outside patio area is all blocked off from the river (part of the draw here). Due to construction, we were forced to Valet $8.00 per car charged to our lunch tab. (you would think they would comp due to construction and loss of river view - surprising actually). Also, beware of their "Market Price" items and ask. We each ordered a combo Spring/Crab Louie and they were $31, each. Weren't looking for fine dining prices at lunch. Great visit and definitely quiet, but we will eat elsewhere next time.

    We turn to Scott’s whenever we want a really special treat. It s one of the few five star restaurants in Sacramento in our opinion. Once again Scott’s lived up to our expectations in every way. They are pricy, but worth it for those special occasions or when you just want to treat yourselves to an excellent meal. Our server was truly excellent as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with her. We will be returning there.

    We had such a great time eating and celebrating my friends birthday. Our server Christopher was the absolute best. He was attentive and a blessing to be served by. He is awesome. Made our dining experience phenomenal.

    Service was slow, we didn’t get notice sitting at our table 30 minutes later. The people that were seated after us was approached by the waiter and got their food way before us. Food over all was great.

    Service was good. Had to wait a bit between various things Food was outstanding my wife had Filet and shrimp. I had the skirt steak. We were both impressed with our meals. Their valet situation totally sucks though. Had to wait way to long to get our car

    Overall everything was excellent as usual, one very small change I might make would be a lighter vinegar and oil dressing on the simple greens salad with less sweetness to let the greens “spring” out with their own flavors. The salad was finished.

    We selected this river front restaurant so we could bring our out of town guests out for a beautiful brunch with river views. Unfortunately, we pulled up to the restaurant, had to valet for the self park was not available due to construction. We then go into the restaurant to see a temporary 12 foot wall blocking the outdoor dining from the river. Apparently the Army Corps are working on the river so the wall completely blocks the construction. I did go back on the website to see what I missed and it was stated "Under Construction" in yellow and black; however, right above that message was click here to make a reservation, which I did and never looked at the construtcion message. I also did not see anything about a wall blocking the entire view. Very disappointing! We were quickly seated next to the plywood wall, sat down and the realized the table had not been cleaned. Stickly, dried crusty food, etc. Not a great experience. To top it off we where then charged $8 for valet parking. The website said something about good news, it is only $8 instead of $12...the last few times we have been to this restaurant we had the option to self park at no additional charge. Overall disappointing and embarrassing.

    We enjoyed dining at Scott’s last night. Our waitress, Leslie was excellent. She never hovered but seem to know when we were ready to order the next course. We always enjoy this restaurant. The fish is always fresh and delicious.

    A great pace for a very nice lunch or dinner. Unfortunately our waitress was not good, we waited way to long to even be noticed after being seated and although the waitress was nice, she was non existent to take care of our needs. Our experience at this restaurant is normally excellent and the food is excellent also.

    Was forced to do valet parking, I gave him my keys, and when I came back out to get my keys the guys at the valet desk didn’t know where they were, and told me they were in my car. The keys were left in my ignition with my window rolled down in the same spot I parked it at before we went inside. Food was good but to pay $8 for my car to not be moved and have the keys left in the ignition is insane to me

    I am so sorry this happened. The Westin and their staff control the parking about which we have little input. I have passed on your comments to the General Manager Ryan Opatz. The US Army Corps of Engineers has taken over our parking, all outdoor event space and our view for the year 2023, leaving Scott's in a terrible position until the New Year.     The food was ok, nothing special. Pricey for just ok. Waitress was not very enthusiastic, never checked on us, and had to ask multiple times for simple things, like water, etc. The restaurant was not busy and seemed to be staffed fine. One and done.

    The River view was obstructed by construction, which is the whole reason we chose this spot for our anniversary dinner. We booked a time to watch the sunset on the water, but couldn’t see anything over the giant barricades. This is unfortunate, but these things happen, just bad luck on timing there. What they did have control over - food & service was sub par to say the least. The lettuce on the Caesar salad tasted dirty, we didn’t even end up eating it. I was hoping the server would come back and notice we barely touched it, but a very unenthusiastic Busser came and took our plates away. For being a dead Tuesday night, it took a long time to get our food. Steak was completely undercooked, my husband didn’t eat more than 3 bites. We wanted more drinks and dessert, but it took the server so long to come back we just decided to leave. Disappointing all around to say the least. And we didn’t even get silverware when our food was served, we had to go grab it ourselves and this is not a cheap or cafeteria style establishment.

    Our waitress Holly was incredible. We brought our small dog and they were very attentive. It was my wife's birthday and it was a superb dinner celebration.Thank you Scotts and especially Holly for such a memorable dinner.

    I have been going to Scott’s for years. Very favorite restaurant. Food always excellent and a wonderful dining experience. Ashley was our waitress BEST ever . I will always go to Scott’s as my first choice for dining. Absolutely excellent. Margie Santos

    My husband and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary and were very excited about dining at Scott's Seafood on the River on August 24, 2023. We were happy with the service and food and will definitely plan to come again as this restaurant offers valet service for $8.00 and reservations. We waited less than five minutes to be seated by a friendly employee and were offered congratulations when we told the server that we were celebrating our 49th anniversary. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others who want to celebrate a special occasion.

    I thought we were going to be sitting along the river. That was not the case and we were extremely hot sitting outside. My husband did not like his cocktail. But the food was superb and the timing of how our food came out was perfect. Jesus made it a great night. We will definitely go back

    Scott’s Seafood has generous portions and the food were delicious. We had Fish and Chips, Halibut, Poki Nachos, Petrale Sole, Halibut Steak, cakes and drinks for a Bday celebration. The food was sumptuous and just extra tasty. Kudos to our server Paula, to all the staff and to the Executive Chef for the excellent food and service. Would highly recommend.

    My college roommate flew in ti town and requested seafood. Scott’s delivered in every way. It went far from the airport and we had a table on the patio. It was well shaded and spaced away from other tables given us the ability to talk. We talked for 5 hours, ate great food and was served impeccably. I had the ahi tuna salad. It was plated beautifully with edible flowers and tasted delicious. They validated my valet too! I highly recommend this restaurant.
