Our table had Pesto Chicken flatbread, lobster bisque, caesar salad, mac & cheese, wild caught salmon, half chicken, pork chop & a few of the small desserts. Everything was spot on! The bisque was good, but would have been better with a chunk of lobster meat - just an opinion. caesar salad was fantastic - i’m a caesar and wedge snob, perfectly balanced. Complete rave about the pork chop - perfectly cooked! the glaze paired perfectly and not overwhelming. i’d swapped the sides with mashed and green beans, great meal. Half chicken was good and juicy. The mac & cheese was good, maybe could have been a bit more cheesy (but that’s the mac & cheese lover take;) Only odd thing about the food, salmon smelled “fishy”, not gross at all but enough to notice, but no off flavor - was cooked just right and great flavor. the rice that came with the half chicken smelled very strong, again nothing - could just be the type of wild rice, i did have a taste of it - perfectly cooked as well, and i’m not a wild rice fan usually. We went on a Thurs night. i’d say about 70% full, noise level perfect. Table service was fantastic. Even ordered the bisque between salads and entrees. Timed just right. We’ll be back for sure. Overall a fantastic meal for the 4 of us! Flavors and Food fantastic!

The St Jacques a la Chou Chou as a starter was the best scallop dish we’ve had in a decade. The Wednesday only French Shepard Pie, Carrot and Potato Mousseline was better than any beef stew I’ve ever had, bar none. The reduction had an amazing depth of flavor for a simple dish of beef smothered in gratinéed potato purée. Le steak was perfect, edge to edge medium rare. I’d take a week of Wednesdays for the whole meal again.

I have dined here several times, but this occasion was for my anniversary. The waiter was very attentive and thoughtful and the staff gave us a great experience with a special desert at the end of the meal and a personalized card congratulating us on the special occasion.
