Sammy G's Tuscan Grill

Lacy is my favorite server here in the desert. She is the best always and the reason we come back here time and time again.

We have been to Sammy Gs many times and it still is a good place. Food is great people are great.

Great ambiance, and excellent Italian food. Our outside table was fantastic and the server was very attentive.

I had a wonder chop salad, my companion had the Vodka Rose past. Both were excellent. Quiet enough for conversation. Service was efficient and attentive.

Beautiful outdoor setting. Great food. Fantastic service.

Sadly, our server, Ulysses, was not on his game. The calamari did not come with the sauce that was requested. We did not get the requested Parmesan cheese for our pasta and after our meals were delivered Ulysses did not inquire to see if everything was satisfactory. Maybe he was serving many, many tables, but then let us know.

Pleasant experience, service was slow, food was good.

Sever took the orders for drinks and dinner, never saw her again until we had finished completely. I would have had another cocktail but she was never back until after dinner was complete. I did see her nearby and I didn't want her interrupting the meal but an occasional 'all ok?' would have been nice. Food was good, rest was good. Will be back.

We really enjoyed our experience at Tuscan Grill. The food was amazing, we shared the pasta primavera and chicken bruschetta pizza. They were both delicious, would recommend. The server was great, very efficient, and great recommendations. Will definitely go back. Thanks for such an incredible meal!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Sammy G's. It was our first time going. We sat outside on the patio and the weather was perfect. Our server, and the serving staff, were very friendly and professional. The food was delivered in a timely manner and it was very good! We will definitely be back.

Food was excellent.

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing Valentine Eve dinner here, outside by the fountain. The service was top notch along with the food. I would return here for another great meal but not on Thursday evening.
This has nothing to do with Sammy's, on Thursday evenings parking is a real challenge. The city has a Street Fair nearby, with some of streets shut-off. I drove around for 30-minutes and finally found a spot. Even the valet was full along with the parking garage.

I have been to Sammy G's on the off season may times and have had a very good meal each time.
This time was not so good at all. We both ordered the organic salad as a starter. It arrive in a very large
bowl with sliced carrots, croutons, tomatoes and cucumber surrounding a huge bowl of organic greens.
One bite to discover that it was a way too salty. Apparently the Italian seasoning was loaded with salt making the salad uneatable. We called the waiter and told him the circumstance. Plates wwere quickly whisked away and after several minutes in it's place we were served a very small plate of dry greens with nothing else. Finally the busboy brought some oil and vinegar which helped.
Next came the dinner. I ordered the steak Diane style done medium. My steak was good, not outstanding as previous times, and much more rarer than what I expected. My partner ordered Tuscan Risotto. It was cold , dry and quite tasteless.
When the bill came we were still charge the full $20 for the two salads even though we only got a small portion of said salad with no apologies what so ever.
Sorry but it will be awhile before I to go back to Sammy G's again.

Great dinner with the wife outside patio with heater

Sammy G's is a favorite. I can always depend on great food and wonderful experience. Take out of towners there all the time and we are never disappointed!

Food was very good. Typical Italian food delicious & large potions. Also have fish & meats, including a very good rack of lamb. Terrace & patio dining are lovely.

A really warm welcome from the staff followed by a well presented and appetising meal. Starters of calamari and salad caprese were followed by mahi mahi and chicken guiliani. Both the entrees were well cooked. The accompaniments to the entrees (potatoes and green beans) were less memorable. The musical entertainment in the restaurant was extremely good!

Extremely disappointed in our meal. My husband and I took a guest to do. We and I was almost embarrassed by how tasteless the food was. We have the cioppino and mussels and clams and there simply was no flavor. Each tastes liked they were served in the spaghetti water. No garlic, no taste what so ever to any of the dishes. Decent minestrone, but somewhat watery, too. The waiter was also visibly Orestes with me that I was trying to determine the difference between the mussels and clams dish and the cioppino—finally got it—nothing but the addition of a couple of shrimps, a piece of fish and Calamari. The same flavorless sauce. Only high note, some amaretto and biscotti to close the meal.

Our favorite in Palm Springs! Don’t forget to stop by next door for the live music after dinner.

We saw our waitress when we placed our order and when we had to ask for our bill. Very disappointed

Jamie was our server and she did a great job. The food was outstanding!!! Caesar salad is delicious and she even brought a small dish of fresh anchovies when we asked for them. The fish special was fantastic! The chicken carciofo was the best chicken dish I have ever eaten!! The chicken was so moist and the flavors were just beyond fabulous. Highly recommend! The chicken piccata was also delicious. The menu has something for everyone and the choices were all great! Highly recommend this great restaurant. The outdoor seating was very comfortable with lots of heaters in spite of it bring a very chilly night.

We have been going to Sammys for years and love this place. We live in Vegas and never fail to make a reservation before we leave.

Allowed my wife and I to split a salad before meal no problem. Old fashioned cocktail was spot on could taste the bourbon, not too sweet, and NO SODA water added. We both had chicken parm for dinner large portions (took some home) Cannoli for desert topped of the meal perfectly

This is our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. The food is always incredible and the service is the best. They make you feel like you are their only customer. Very classy atmosphere. Love the amaretto and biscotti they surprise you with at the end of your meal.

This is a great restaurant and I can’t wait to come back!

We've eaten at Sammy G's Tuscan Grill a few times and it's very consistent with quality of food, ambiance, and live entertainment. I got gluten-free pasta and couldn't tell the difference. Although we asked to be inside this time, we've eaten outside on the patio and it's a very nice setting. I highly recommend this restaurant while you're in Palm Springs!

Delicious food and great wait staff - just a bit noisy as the place filled up.

We shared the seafood pasta special and couldn’t finish it. Delicious but very generous portion. Server was friendly and accommodating. Outside dining was comfortable and delightful. Overall very pleasant dining experience.

We were a party of four....one guest ordered lasagna and it was cold...he sent it back and it was returned to him cold again.....not a good thing to do ...
