Great food as always.
The decor is a bit dated and could be improved. Otherwise remains authentic.
Had a 1/2 carafe of inexpensive Burgundy which was an excellent value. Would like to have had a fish option for Restaurant Week.
Best Italian restaurant in Baltimore. Food is amazing (baked Gnochi is unbelievable). Service is spectacular. Lots of character in the restaurant. It’s a staple for when my wife and I travel to Baltimore. Love it
We’ve been dinning here for many years. Great food, atmosphere and service
I love Sabatino's and my friends always want to dine there. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Ms, Kitty was great waitress, friendly and made certain we enjoyed our meals. I was not happy with the lasagna it as like a meatloaf of cheese. I have eaten it before and something changed. I switch it out for spaghetti and meatballs. The marinara sauces is fantastic!
We go to Sabatino's at least twice a year. The food has never disappointed us. Chicken Lynn, Shrimp Renata and the gnocchi are favorites. The house dressing is also fantastic. Service is decent if not excellent (sometimes there is an off day but nothing to complain about).
Sabatino's never fails to make us feel welcome & to feed us well. The mirrored room - our favorite - evokes an era of fine dining at an art deco supper club. The waitstaff is attentive & always ready to accommodate - we don't know all their names, but we know their faces & they know ours, so hugs ensue upon entering & exiting - this only adds to the great experience we have each time we dine there.
We like to save room for the fabulous tiramisu, which means we get to bring some wonderful leftover pasta home after each visit. We only make it to Baltimore a couple of times each year & we always look forward to a visit to this iconic place. Little Italy & Sabatino's rock!
Food was so bland. Do yourself a favor and go to chick fil a or something.
Very accommodating on New Years Eve. Had a big group and they fit an extra person last minute. Even with the packed restaurant, all the food came out great and on time. Thank you!
The restaurant is dirty. We saw black mold on the bent above our table. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated in 40 years or more. Our waiter vented about his broken relationship when we told him it was our 15th wedding anniversary. He sucked our joy.
Dinner for 12. They handled it extremely well! The waitress accidentally charged me for an Appetizer that we didn’t get. After I had left I got a call that they were going to credit my bill. How honest can you get. Thank you Tina. Hats off! Food was great!
Sabatino’s is one of our favorites from the old world charm to the outstanding food and service. Would highly recommend.
Christmas Eve dinner with newly married spouse
Food and service was excellent. Bookmaker salad was delicious
It was Christmas Eve and they were busy. We were immediately seated by a very friendly host. My son’s steak was undercooked and to our waitress’ credit she noticed and encouraged him to send it back, which he probably wouldn’t have otherwise done.
Another great visit to Sabatino's -- outstanding food as always with attentive service in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our favorite place to go when we want real Italian food, home style service and reasonable prices. We will definitely be coming back!!
Terrible service! The waiter was rude and walked away from us when we were speaking to him-after ignoring our table most of the evening. Restaurant was not clean...
As usual, service, food and setting were outstanding! Another annual Christmas Eve Lunch in the books for the Cluster/Hodge family.
Work holiday party at a great place. Rick & Diane took very good care of a rowdy bunch on men. Food was great and served promptly.
Wonderful as always!
Cold pasta, re ordered it, cold again. No garlic bread with certain items 4.50$ for 2 slices. Clams casino had no Parmesan cheese on top or crisp bacon. Waitress too casual
My husband and I celebrated my 40th birthday Friday evening and had an absolutely amazing dinner and the service was phenomenal. Our family loves Sabs! Even our 11 year old loves to dine here. Great old Italian family feeling.
When you head into the Little Italy neighborhood you have a certain expectation of the quality and authenticity of the food being served. Unfortunately, Sabatino's couldn't have missed the mark more. We originally went there for a certain pasta dish, however our server advised us against ordering it due to the customer feedback and her own personal preference. Next, our fried mozzarella arrives to the table, but at first glance it's clear these are the same frozen mozzarella sticks served in High School cafeterias. The culinary experience didn't get much better as my main course, a protein dish, arrived smothered in sauce to hide the extremely small portion size. The pasta servings are much more in line with what traditional Italian American restaurants serve.
The overall experience was impacted because of the food quality for the price. It's pretty clear that the menu items are put together with food cost savings at the forefront as opposed to providing the customer a quality product for a reasonable price.
Sabatino’s is always excellent. Great service and the food is phenomenal. Best sausage and peppers entree out there. House salad and dress is worth savoring.
Sauce a little thick and heavy for these Italians. Excellent service however. Would go back for much lighter food. Really wanted to come to this historic spot.
The food was excellent. The waiter was very knowledgeable and made recommendations. Very accommodating for taking leftovers.
Excellent service, food, great ambience. Our server was very kind and attentive throughout our dinner. The food was excellent and the setting was very romantic and relaxed.
Fabulous food, atmosphere, and professional staff. Highly recommend!
My special family spot
Clam Casino was great. Bread was served cold. All four of our entrees were poor season and cooked. The server was not really helpful. I wish we when somewhere else
I was in town for work and many of the locals touted this place as authentic Italian cuisine. However I found the food to be bland and a version Italian. More a 1960's version of Italian food. Service was good and we had an excellent bottle of wine.
It is always a great experience dining here.
We were celebrating my friends 22 birthday and we were recommended to come eat here. Honestly the food was so bad. I have been to many places in Little Italy and this food looked really bad. The sauce of the pasta was good though. The pasta was bad it felt like it wasn’t cooked. My friend had a gnocchi that looked so under cooked. My friend ordered tomato and mozzarella and the mozzarella tasted FLAVORLESS. it was so ridiculous how terrible the food was. Really do not recommend to anyone
Food was good. Waitress was nice. Price was good. The said dressing I thought was better years ago Overall we will probably go back
Great friendly service. Very homey and well prepared menu items. Authentic and not overdone. From the minute we walked in the door we were welcomed. From their bread to the marinara sauce, a terrific experience.
The best gnocchi I have ever had! Everything was delicious and we loved our waitress! This will be a regular stop whenever we are in Baltimore!
Overall the food was AMAZING! We asked for a table for 4 so we could sit side by side and they honored that request! What a dish of pasta they serve!!! Reminded us of the old days...LOVED it!
After 40 some years… Still a very good standby Italian staple in Little Italy
Sabatino's was easy to find. I loved the atmosphere there. Our waiter was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive. The food left a lot to be desired. My colleague had veal. Which was tough and not well seasoned. The same could be said for the chicken lynn. The pasta was a bit sticky.
