My wife and I stopped in 7 Sep. she had the sea bass which she loved, I had the ribeye which was delicious as well. She finished with Crème brûlée, delicious. A nice drive out to the lovely burg of Assaria. It was a nice outing!

Under the guidance of his Italian-native mother, and heavily influenced by his travels throughout Italy, Jake Imperiale opened Bella Napoli in 2001 to meet Kansas City's need for authentic Italian food, wine and market goods. Jake hand selects each product for Bella's deli and market and every item is imported from Italy. Wander across the room and you'll be immersed in an atmosphere as authentically Italian as it gets. An integral element of Bella Napoli, the pizzeria offers a variety of traditional Italian dishes.

Lidia's features authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Every item at the restaurant is house-made entirely from scratch with the best ingredients available. Breads and desserts are baked in-house daily and each salad and entree is prepared fresh.

Every day Lidia's offers a sampling of seasonal, daily-made pastas. We also feature many seafood, chicken, pork, and beef options. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs including gluten-free items.

Lidia's is located in the historic Freighthouse-- a beautiful 19th century building. The stunning decor includes three hand-blown chandeliers, a three-story slate fireplace, and cozy, New York style seating.

Plate never disappoints! Our server Nicholas was fantastic. I am not necessarily a meatball fan, but the delicious meatballs at are amazing. The pasta is fresh, and the sauce is absolutely perfect. My husband had the scallops and he loved every bite. We look forward to returning to another wonderful dinner at Plate.

This was our first time for this establishment and the service and food exceeded our expectations. The frontend was somewhat disorganized but that may be due to it being a holiday and multiple guests without reservations which I would suggest for the evening.

Best food and service that I have had in a long time! Both my wife and I had steaks hers was the fillet and I had the ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly, seasoned to perfection and cut with your fork tender. With drinks and all it is expensive but worth it.

This was my first time here for lunch-- what a great experience. I took a friend for her birthday and we were treated very special. Great service, just had starters which were like a full meal and delicious!! This is one is my favorite restaurants for both lunch and dinner now.
