Este restaurante aplica un enfoque moderno a la gastronomía tradicional del sur de Italia. Los platillos se elaboran de cero con el mejor aceite de oliva siciliano, tomates de Nápoles y vinagre balsámico de Módena, junto con carne, pescado y verduras de la mejor calidad. Este establecimiento cuenta con un salón comedor pero también prepara platillos para llevar y ofrece servicio de catering. Los chefs cuidan a los comensales y pueden adaptarse a la mayoría de las restricciones dietéticas. Además, el menú incluye muchas opciones sin gluten.
