I had an amazing experience at Pura Vida! 🌿 The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully designed — it truly feels like a little getaway. A huge shoutout to our waiter Max, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He helped me choose my meal, explained everything in detail, and recommended the avocado toast and salmon ceviche — and both were absolutely delicious! 🥑🐟

Great restaurant. Excellent food, fair pricing, great service, nice ambiance. The only thing missing was availability of hot drinks at the end of the meal. We were told that this was by design but we think this decision should be reconsidered. However this will not preclude us from returning. We think that having the restaurant under COR would be an asset and it would certainly help visitors find out about this wonderful eatery.

Restaurant is short staffed. What’s the point of making a reservation if you have to come and wait for your table…..especially when you can see the table is empty and ready but you are still not seated there. Had to flag down server to get water Waited a long time for the bill Gave us the smallest container for our food - which was not large enough so had to ask for another container - and for plastic bag separately I love your food but you service is always hit or miss

The food, service and ambiance were fantastic. Everyone was smiling, pleasant, and professional. The sauce was not sweet sauce. It was delicious and you could taste the ingredients. The fresh made bread was fantastic. Everything was so enjoyable. We will definitely be back next time we are in Toronto. Truly one of our favorite Italian restaurants since finding a little alleyway restaurant in Rome.

Cathy Ortega & Gerald Aquintey didn't know what to expect after finally opening up a Filipino small grocery & takeout joint together. The shop was doing great but they wanted to do more. They wanted to give Toronto a much more authentic Filipino taste and experience without the price of a flight to the Philippines. Kamayan / Boodle Fight (the formality of eating with your hands) was the obvious solution.

We love Il Ponte. It is our go to restaurant. We often celebrate special occasions here and every time we bring friends and family for the first time they remark on how wonderful the food is. The service is always friendly and helpful. The menu changes seasonally and there are always fresh and interesting dishes to eat. The food is always consistently delicious and fresh. We will keep coming back!
