Located in Rapid City, South Dakota, Tally's Silver Spoon is a family owned and operated establishment that offers happy hour specials, a wine list and live entertainment.
On the menu at Tally's Silver Spoon, customers can find a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. Breakfast consists of pancakes, French toast, waffles, egg dishes and French omelets. Lunch offers gluten free options and features grilled choices of chicken breast, Buffalo steak and Black Hills Buffalo burger. Other menu items include pasta, chicken fried steak, autumn oak pheasant and pumpkin porcini chicken.

Nonna's KitchenWith an environment that blends architectural and familial history with modern Tuscany styles, the warmth and welcome is as tangible as the delicious scents floating from the kitchen. Nonna's Kitchen is a multiple award winning and locally owned establishment operated by Tobias Steeves and his siblings. After taking over the the original owners in 2021 they have sought to elevate the experience even further by adding a full bar and focusing on quality handmade dishes and superb service. Tobias is also a world class bartender and mixologist who has placed nationally in numerous mixology competitions and personally curates our cocktail menus and spirits lists. When you stop in, you'll likely see a few of the family working in the restaurant (6 of the 8 kids in the family work here and keep Nonna's running well), and this is what Nonna's Kitchen is really about - when you dine with us, you are dining with family and friends!

Meander embodies relaxed indulgence. Be prepared to enjoy your multi-course meal carefully and thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Dan Gullickson, who designs the tasting menu each evening. Courses range from five to 12, depending on fresh ingredients available from on onsite greenhouse, the season, and any themes we may be highlighting (such as Chinese New Year or St. Patrick's Day).Our bar is finely curated to offer mid- to top-shelf spirits, with an curated wine and beer list. All mixes, salts, and syrups for cocktails and mocktails are made in house and augmented with fresh ingredients.
The dining room seats 18 people, so each person's experience is personal, private, and delightful. We only offer one seating in the evening at 6:00. Bar opens at 5:00. Meander is the onsite restaurant for Shortgrass Resort, built by Cappie, Alex (Sprout), and Rachel, as seen on Building Outside the Lines on the Magnolia Network and streaming on Max.

Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, and Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and moved to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon. Together with their hand-picked team, Riccardo and Marybeth bring the best parts of hospitality to life in their restaurants, for both their staff and guests. When I was a child I grew up with my mother, grandmother and aunt. All of them were very good in the kitchen. They had different styles and they cooked every day. From ravioli, soup or patisserie, everything was made from scratch. Those ladies were my teachers. My first lesson was dishwashing, later it was helping as their assistant. To honor those amazing woman who helped me in my early days, I decided to open Tarquin to bring Sioux Falls our flavors, recipes and dishes.
