The food, the service, the decorations, everything - was out of this world. We also loved tasting just a few of the hundreds (if not more) of types of tequila available. We will be back for sure.

Designed by the famous chef Roberto Solis and his partner chef Manuel Balan, Jayu is an exclusive Japanese food restaurant with Yucatecan touches, hence the name JA for Japan, YU for Yucatan.
The concept is a 10-seat bar in which interaction is created between the chefs and the diner.
We have 3 menus.
-Nigiris menu.
-Short omakase.
-Long omakase.
We do not share any menu as it changes constantly, as we depend on daily supplies for its preparation, which consists of fish, seafood, meat and poultry.

Came here with my partner while we were in town to celebrate his birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was absolutely incredible and the chef was very accommodating for my nut allergy. We would absolutely come back again the next time we are in Merida and recommend going to experience this wonderful meal!

Vana is an Awesome spot!! Lively & welcoming vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Brian), solid beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Mushroom Toast, their Longaniza & Cilantro Pizza, and their Pesto & Tomato Pizza. We highly recommend Vana.

Some of the dishes we ordered were exceptionally good but others were not so much. Cocktails were all delicious and very well prepared. Noise and lighting was not my favorite. Second time I’ve been there and the first time was far better than the second one. No doubt

Beautiful ambience and excellent service. We had drinks before dinner downstairs and returned to Delina afterwards. Music was great, other beautiful guests were mingling and enjoying the night air. We will definitely return for drinks and tapas! Great place!!!
