Some of the dishes we ordered were exceptionally good but others were not so much. Cocktails were all delicious and very well prepared. Noise and lighting was not my favorite. Second time I’ve been there and the first time was far better than the second one. No doubt

First time in the new restaurant behind Huniik, this is a different concept but with the same attention to detail in service, food and ambience. It was the best experience I have had, not just in Merida but in the US & Europe. The food is Yucatan influenced, not simply elevated but taken in a different direction; deliciously comforting and easy on the wallet. Shout to the best martini in town, too. Can’t wait to go back.

I love all of Bran's restaurants and Casa Del Pastel is no exception. The food is great, staff is well-trained. I just wish the music weren't so loud. We get together with friends to have conversations and the noise level on the front and DJ side of the terrace is grating. That is also true of the beach.
