Every ingredient that goes into our menu must be of the highest quality. Our prime-grade beef is part of what makes us the steakhouse Scottsdale residents and visitors are talking about. We offer several different sizes of cuts, and our chef has crafted numerous toppings to enhance your experience. Our side dishes perfectly complement our entree selection, and many guests often rave about our Alaskan king crab mac and cheese and our corn créme bruleé. We also serve a selection of fresh seafood from our raw bar, such as freshly shucked oysters, Maine lobster tail and iced Alaskan king crab. Great Date Night/Birthday dinner. The food was amazing! We really like the “Speak Easy” vibe! A nice getaway from the norm. May need to stop by again and sit in the lounge for drinks👍🏼

Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.

The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available.

Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.

We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jersey's, baseball style hats, beanie's, bandana's, oversized or baggy clothing, flip flops, open toed shoes for men, tank tops and sleeveless shirts are prohibited.

The food was delicious as always. Our server was fairly new and may need some additional training. We ordered cocktails and told hime we were in no hurry, but was back within minutes to take our order. So we ordered a salad and steak. Got the salad instantly, and tried to slow the process down, but the steaks were already ready. He didn't ask about alergies, so when the amuse bouche arrived I asked it was gluten free, which it wasn't. Our friend ordered wine, but he brought a Chardonnay instead of Pinot. It was just not as relaxed as we would've liked. The details are only to provide input, not being nit-picky...

It was special and more so as we celebrated our friends birthday. For us; it was the 3rd time we were there in the past 4 months and can't wait to go there again. Casino Arizona is not the reason we go to CHOLLO. FIRST CLASS STEAKHOUSE ALL THE WAY!
