This was one of the best dining experience with an elevated 8 course option to die for! The personal and intimate touches make them stand out and we will return when we are back in town and will recommend to anyone we know!! World class!

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. We are a small operation with a single chef. Our goal is to have all our guests enjoy a romantic, peaceful, relaxing meal surrounded by our beautiful garden while dining on the best breakfast in Sedona! If you are not staying at the Inn, please stay in the restaurant area as the grounds are for overnight guests.
We allow children in the restaurant, but no special menu offered and must stay in restaurant area as they are not permitted at the Inn.

we managed to sample five different dishes. The salmon ceviche was fantastic. I asked for everything to be low sodium and they managed to do that very nicely. We also sampled a Caesar salad, which was delicious. The risotto was very good but a little too much garlic. We also had the pork chop, which was excellent and juicy the shrimp appetizer also was very tasty for dessert. We had the lemon cake and the blueberry pie and both were excellent. Service was very good although our reservation was for 730 and they did not seat us till, 8 PM they did give us a lovely table by the window. I do like this restaurant it is very romantic.

We had an exceptional evening worthy of our anniversary date. Our dining began just as the restaurant opened and we were promptly seated against the windows for an unimpeded view of the cliffs at sunset. Our waiter Tom provided personalized recommendations with sincerity that allowed us to make individual choices given dietary needs. This enhanced the dining experience greatly. The service was timed perfectly and allowed us to enjoy our surroundings and food. Loved the peach burrata. I chose a starter, risotto, for my main entree and added a side of mushrooms on his recommendation. NY strip was well prepared and presented for my husband. We enjoyed the nonalcoholic options and encourage others to try these as well. Thank you for the memorable dinner in such an extraordinary location and our gratitude to Tom.
