Sullivan Scrap Kitchen is a savory seasonal shared plated restaurant in uptown Denver. We focus on delicious local cuisine, while reducing food waste and promoting sustainability in the restaurant industry. The weekly rotating seasonal menu is based on what our local farmers and ranchers have to offer. Some of our favorites include local grass fed beef, hand made pastas, vegan and vegetarian options, craft beer, local wine and cocktails. Open for Dinner Thursday- Saturday 4:30pm-9pm, Dinner Sunday 4:30-8:00pm, and Brunch Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm.

We love "farm to table" and this restaurant was wonderful. The ingredients were fresh, some unexpected. Like the little chunks of green strawberries in the lamb carbonera. Exquisite! Our server was marvelous. The restaurant was full of cheerful patrons--great atmosphere. Everything we ate was delish. purple broccolini, sourdough picnic. Go now!

Perfect as always. Initial greeting was simple and nice. Our waiter was very patient, pleasant, and easy to interact with. We were not waiting overly long for water replacements, drinks, or food, Martinis bistro has impeccable service and staff and we are so thankful to always have a good time when we participate.

Free Range Kitchen is the creation of owners Steve & Robin Humble who have been immersed in the Roaring Fork Valley's restaurant scene for 30 years.

We strive to create a menu that offers seasonal, innovative comfort food. We use responsibly farmed, freshly harvested ingredients without hormones or antibiotics, supporting the local Colorado farming and ranching communities. We use local ingredients, whenever possible.

Our goal is to create a BEAUTIFUL, FUN, WELCOMING restaurant & bar with WARM, FRIENDLY service, & a GREAT VIBE alongside the river, in Historic Downtown Basalt. With boutique global wine offerings, hand selected by Steve and a wide selection of regional craft beers and specialty cocktails using artisanal spirits and house-made infusions.

First time here. April 2024. Excellent food and a good variety even for vegetarians. Cozy, casual and comfortable. Cocktails delicious. Nice mountain atmosphere.

We went on their last night serving out or Attimo win Bar’s Kitchen so menu was limited. All the food was amazing still. Can’t wait to eat at their new location and try their full/extended menu.

We had a nice family dinner in very pleasant surroundings. The view is spectacular and sunset would be wonderful but we left before that. The food was good, cider was excellent, and service was good.

Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro.

Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. It is located in the heart of Boulder, CO, just off the historic Pearl Street Mall.

The food was excellent as usual. We just had a crazy experience getting a table. I reserved on OpenTable, but apparently for the wrong week - my fault - but we didn't realize until we got there. The place was quiet, maybe a third full. But the host said she just couldn't seat us. OK... We started to move on. At the last second, I went on OpenTable and saw a reservations available for 15 minutes after our original time - plus all the way out for the rest of the night. I grabbed the next reservation and went back to the host. No problem! Immediately seated! Apparently, OpenTable is the only way to get a table. The manager told the host not to accept any walk-ins despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't even busy. Crazy. No wonder so many restaurants around Pearl go out of business.

The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance is very cozy. We love the location on the mountain. We will definitely go back. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 were that we had a party of 8 (with reservations) and they refused to push our tables together and gave us a lame and snarky response when we asked. Also, the Prosecco and draft beers needs to be much colder, maybe an ice bucket for the Prosecco. Overall it was a good experience and we will return for the amazing steak and mashed potatoes! Everyone else in our party liked their food as well.
