For the month of June, we will be open weekly on Thursday-Saturday for dinner. Reservations are recommended for dinner in the dining room currently with service from 5-9pm Thursdays thru Saturdays. New this summer, we invite you to join us for Sunday Brunch from 10am-2pm, buffet style service for $25/person. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We do not accept reservations at this time, as we are first come - first serve. Our online waitlist is available from 4:30pm-10:30pm every day on the OpenTable app. We have an 8 guests maximum per group. Please call the restaurant if you have a party larger than 8 people, though we cannot guarantee larger parties will sit down together at same time or same area. Kizaki is Chef Toshi Kizaki’s long-awaited solo omakase restaurant, representing the pinnacle of his celebrated career and decades of influence in Denver’s culinary scene. After more than 40 years of success with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi—a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights the true character of each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques. Kizaki brings Denver its first authentic Edomae omakase, offering around 20 courses featuring raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests can enjoy a full bar along with carefully selected sake, wine, or combined pairings to complement the experience. Omakase at the counter or table is $225 before tax. Drinks, additional sushi, and gratuity are not included. Reservation times are at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Once all guests have arrived, we will transition to Kizaki, where the Omakase experience begins approximately 15 to 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
