Welcome to Dunton Kitchen, where Tyrolean-inspired simplicity meets unforgettable flavors with a brand-new menu for the summer season! Under the guidance of Executive Chef Jason Brumfiel, each dish celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the Alps with a fresh, modern twist. The intimate dining room offers a cozy ambiance complemented by warm, professional service. Our full bar, overseen by Food & Beverage Manager Jarrad Lee, offers an exceptional selection of handcrafted and classic cocktails, fine wines, amari, vermouths and premium spirits—perfect for any occasion

For the month of June, we will be open weekly on Thursday-Saturday for dinner. Reservations are recommended for dinner in the dining room currently with service from 5-9pm Thursdays thru Saturdays. New this summer, we invite you to join us for Sunday Brunch from 10am-2pm, buffet style service for $25/person. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Super quaint place to eat and the food was excellent. Dunton Kitchen is a hidden gem with a cozy, quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed meal. While the menu is limited, each dish is thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The real standout is the service—friendly, attentive, and genuine. With just a few tables, it never feels crowded, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a quality dining experience.

This is a place for special occasions. In our case it was our 59th wedding anniversary. It's an expensive meal, no doubt about it. But it's worth it - for that special occasion. Each course was excellent, the service was great, it was quiet enough that we could have a conversation. The space is nothing special, but it was clean. Nice table linens and eating utensils. I rated it down for value because it's too expensive to go to frequently. We'll go back, but only when the occasion is really special.

Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience! Enjoy a barn patio table or one of our 7 intimate, private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views, and a beautiful 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to pork & lamb to grains.

Open Wed-Saturdays. Reservations are required. $165/per person++

 Incredible farm to table experience with homegrown fruits and vegetables presented in a wonderfully creative fashion.  Fabulous service with attention to detail. Chef Eric is a wealth of knowledge and very willing to share it. The setting is magnificent and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. You will genuinely feel that you are eating where your food is grown…how often does that happen? Highly recommend Black Cat for any occasion, but especially for special celebrations.

Kizaki is Chef Toshi Kizaki’s long-awaited solo omakase restaurant, representing the pinnacle of his celebrated career and decades of influence in Denver’s culinary scene. After more than 40 years of success with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi—a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights the true character of each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques. Kizaki brings Denver its first authentic Edomae omakase, offering around 20 courses featuring raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests can enjoy a full bar along with carefully selected sake, wine, or combined pairings to complement the experience. Omakase at the counter or table is $225 before tax. Drinks, additional sushi, and gratuity are not included. Reservation times are at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Once all guests have arrived, we will transition to Kizaki, where the Omakase experience begins approximately 15 to 20 minutes after the scheduled time.

The was my second visit to Kizaki. Everything was truly outstanding and I found it to be impeccable on all levels. I have now been to both time slots and personally I prefer the 5:00 seating. I will certainly go again but will for a couple of months for a seasonal food change. If you are looking for exceptional experience, this is not to be missed.
